Overall not a bad unit for the price. My biggest beef is with how they chose to attach the direction chute. I had to add three extra retaining screws to hold it in place since it kept becoming detached every time I plunged it into 6 inch deep snow.

over the years i have owned 3 Snow Throwers and this product is the best i have ever owned. Everyone living near me are amazed with this product. I have named him Little Joe, little but mighty, he just goes and goes. I love it, its the best!!!!!!

Was easy to order and arrived on the day scheduled. Took me about a half hour to assemble. Did start it outside, started right up. But no snow available to try out on yet.

Works good, but the snow chute comes off as you are using for pushing through snow about one to inches. If you go slow it stays on as it is secured by one screw.

Have only used it once, but it worked as well as the large gas one that it is replacing. I will admit, though, that I live in an area of Ohio that doesn't see too much snow.

The Snow Joe SJ618E is very light and easy to move around. It finally snowed on December 11th and the Snow Joe made my driveway and walkway cleanup easy.

Purchased this to keep walkways, wooden decks and dog pen clear. Has good distance blowing snow, easy to operate, and light enough to move from area to area. Cleans effectively without damage to surface.

Have used it four times ... on freshly fallen snow that was between 3 and 8 inches deep. Works like a charm. Have some broom cleanup to do after using the thrower, but it saves me a huge amount of shovel work.
