I normally love this product, however, the last box I purchased at Sam's Club (250 count) was terrible. the cloths leave a lint on our glasses and are dryer than normal. One wipe does not do the job. I don't know if this is just a bad batch or if they changed their material used for the cloth. Before this purchase would have given a 5 star.

After starting to use these, I've noticed a very light haze in my lenses, which is more noticable when I hold them up near a light. The pattern of scratches is in the direction that I use these wipes to clean my lenses. When I use a larger microfiber, I swirl the cloth in a circle. These aren't as easy to do that so I go linearly back and forth with the Zeiss wipes, and all of the micro scratches are in this linear back and forth direction. Few to none are in a circular pattern. I am suspecting that these wipes have left the micro scratches so I'm rating them 2 stars. Really they just feel like a wet piece of cheap paper that tears easily. In the past, and with other glasses, I once found individually wrapped microfiber cleaning wipes from one of the big drugstores that starts with a "W" and those were much softer. Was expecting the same here. Need to keep looking for those instead of these Zeiss wipes.

I LOVE these. Even splattered bacon grease is no match for these. No streaks - gets everything off. I've never had an issue with these being too dry, or too wet, for that matter. I keep a bowl of them at me desk at work for all glasses wearers and cell phone users - which covers everyone. :)

These were good before, but they've changed an are too wet. They leave water droplets across your lens that do not evaporate off. I don't know if they changed the formula or what, but very displeased having to re-clean my glasses and camera lens. I contact the company about maybe it was a bad batch and they didn't care and said to take it up with the retailer. Not sure what Sam's has to do with the manufacturing of them, but they didn't seem to care.

Been using Sams lense wipes for years. Something has gone wrong. My husbands glasses are delaminated. The coatings are pealing off starting on all edges of the lenses. He yses these wipes religiously. I dont. I use soap water and lense cloth. His glasses will be one year old in September. 😢 To spend another $500.

I have no idea what's in this besides water and isopropyl alcohol, but something in it makes my eyes burn and redden in a way that using 70% isopropyl alcohol and a glasses cleaning cloth doesn't. I assume it's because Zeiss added a weird perfume or something.

The last box I purchased was disappointing in that the moisture level was not consistent. Some packets were half moist and did not clean lenses well at all . I also discussed with a relative who had the same problem. I will continue to purchase them however if I have the same problem again I will be further disappointed and not sure if I will continue to buy them !!

These wipes are amazing! Quick and easy. Does a thorough job. No streaks or residue. I cleaned 3 pairs of glasses with one wipe! Will be using them on our spotting scope and putting some in our travel bag for our binoculars! Thank you Zeiss for a great product!
