Have used this product for several years. A great source of protein. Several flavors are good. Current favorite is Caramel.

The Premier Protein Strawberries & Cream shakes with 30 grams of protein are not like the sugary max carb, 1200 calorie shakes.that you have to hide because you know they're gonna blow your fitness routine clear out of the water.

This is great for a quick snack or meal. I love it blended with a cup of frozen blueberries. Gives me a little more full feeling and still a healthy low-calorie option. Great price at Sam's.

None of the protein shakes taste great, because they all have an artificial flavor. It is an easy way to get 30 gms of protein in though. Sam’s has the best pricing I have found.

Other brands do not come close to the great quality of taste of this Premium Protein. I was impressed and amazed by the pleasing flavor. Exceeded my expectations. This deserves my 10.
