These are life savers. I've used them for one meal a day as advertised...but also if I'm on a trip or in a class or Something all day, having one of these stashed away where you can use it to charge up and last a little longer is great.

Everyone has their own tastes, but to me the fake strawberry flavor has a chemical-like taste. It's awful to me and I wouldn't buy it again. The Atkins strawberry flavor shakes are SO much better! They taste exactly like strawberry. Back to Atkins...

First, I LOVE the chocolate shakes and just tried the Premier Protein Fiber bar - peanut butter Caramel (Super YUMMY). These are great. The Strawberry Cream, not so much. No matter how hard I shake these up before opening, I get a gritty shake. I'll finish this carton, but never again on the Strawberry & Cream.

Great taste and enjoy the higher protein content.

Ensure is a much better protein drink

Tasty protein shake, if you like strawberry flavor things you’ll like this.

Strawberries & cream flavor tastes wonderful. My favorite of the premier protein drinks.

Work great for when you get teeth pulled and can’t eat!

Its just too sweet for me. I could maybe drink one but that would be it.

Not much taste, it’s almost like vanilla flavor- dissatisfied with product overall.
