Tastes awful. Wish they would make the cookies and cream or the chocolate mint available all the time

I use the protein shakes as meal replacements and to get my protein in after gastric sleeve surgery.

I mix this with my coffee as my first meal of the day everyday and it gives me that energy and takes that hunger feeling away. I love it!

It taste very good. Tastes like cake/sugar cookies. It taste better when you put it in freezer for hour to be like an milkshake.

This is my favorite flavor. I have many digestive problems, and this has been the easiest one for me to digest.
