I was so excited for this flavor to come out since I've been drinking these shakes for years! But what a huge let down it tastes like plastic vanilla ........ not at all like cake batter and it was so disappointing! Maybe try again?

This shake has become a daily part of my breakfast. (I do use other flavors for lunch on weekends.) Very good taste (quite different from plain vanilla). Sweet, but not overly so. I definitely recommend it..

This is my favorite so far!!! But can’t buy online at Sam’s it’s out of stock so is banana an now vanilla also. I went to the store an there was a lot of vanilla an chocolate flavor.

I was so excited to try this new flavor. It definitely adds a "pop" to my tastebuds compared to normal vanilla. It has a great flavor and is even great mixed in with sugar free instant pudding if I want a treat.

I mostly replaced breakfast with a shake. Sometimes replace lunch with it. Cake batter is my favorite flavor, it tastes great no matter what time a day.

I did not like the birthday cake shake at all and will not buy this flavor again. I Love Café Latte as my number one go to Premier Shake and I buy it by the case every week. If you are going to buy Premier buy the Café Latte!!!

I love this company. I bought the cake batter flavor and it is delicious. I'm sick right now and not eating much but I'm able to drink this and feel full and satisfied. Highly recommend!!

I'm on my second box and the taste is delicious! Very little 'protein' taste compared to other flavors and I drink it in the morning, in a tumbler mixed with hot coffee.

This is the only protein shake with enough protein that I have been able to use as a meal replacement. The cake batter flavor is out of this world! Already lost 5 pounds in one week! The only drawback is the shakes are very expensive.

It tastes like cereal milk - really sweet. I liked it enough but think I will stick with the caramel and chocolate PB - my teenagers like it, but prefer the cookies and cream
