My sheets stay on the mattress better. i used to have a lot of night sweats but ever since i started using this pad no more night sweats. it feels much cooler on your body. no more waking up at night and i get a good nights sleep. its also very comfortable and fits on my bed perfect with out coming off. If you are a women going through HOT FLASHES then this is pefect for you.

Plus this was not put on a Tempurpedic mattress so I was concerned about the fit. This one is finally a winner!! It fit over my mattress no problem and the cooling feature actually works!!! I can already feel better sleep with having just this mattress pad on our bed. I would most definitely recommend to people to invest in THIS particular mattress pad.

The mattress pad adds a considerable amount of cushion and comfort, while remaining cool through the night. Before I’ve had multiple layers on my mattress, but having a cooling mattress pad that also provides waterproof protection is great. It’s also not unbearably hot or sweaty, which is essential when you live in Texas. Great product, would recommend.

I usually am on the hot side and recommend this if you want the feeling of cold during sleeping. I have a foam mattress so this works out perfectly as their isn't much of a market for it. This pad protects my mattress such as spills and keeps the mattress from dirtying.
