nice, soft, fluffy! One of the best buns. Eat them with a hotdog or not. They can stand on their own without a protein. Yummmmers!!

Buns cut weird so wouldn’t hold the hotdog very well. Can’t imagine what it would be like with a brat.

Complete garbage falls apart to easily you throw more buns away then you get to use do not buy this crap

I was hoping they fixed the sliced too thin for the bottom but they didn't. Bun is 2" thick but the bottom bun was 1/8" and dry so when cut/pulled apart it broke off. Threw both packages away. What a shame to ruin a bun because you can't correct a mistake even after many reviews point it out. I will not buy it again.

I bought these to go along with the Member's Mark 1/4 all beef franks. The size is perfect for these larger franks and the flavor is okay. However, I agree with others who have commented on how they are cut. I too found them to come apart at the seams about half way through the dog. I tried two ways to prep the buns..........first grilled them and then steamed them. The grilled ones seem to hold up longer before they came apart........one actually held together throughout the entire serving. The steamed ones fell apart almost immediately. That said, this is not an issue for me.........I just get a knife and fork and attack the dog! It still tastes the same!

Bought a pack thinking they would be good because of the brand. They were stiff and all of them split completely in half immediately. Defeted the purpose of a bun. Bought a second pack thinking it was just a bad batch. Nope. They were the same way. Will never buy anything from this brand again.

Even though these are called brat buns, they have other uses. Where I'm from in the South, hot dog is synonymous with chili dog, and you can't find a better bun for a hot dog topped with good ol' homemade, juicy, drippy hot dog chili, onions, and mustard. They are also great for Sloppy Joes and help to contain all that sloppiness. They taste great, and the shelf life is astounding. I don't buy any other kind of bun anymore.

No high fructose corn syrup and tastes very good

Buns are a good size for Brats, Sausages and jumbo hotdogs. Good value for quantity.
