I bought these to go along with the Member's Mark 1/4 all beef franks. The size is perfect for these larger franks and the flavor is okay. However, I agree with others who have commented on how they are cut. I too found them to come apart at the seams about half way through the dog. I tried two ways to prep the buns..........first grilled them and then steamed them. The grilled ones seem to hold up longer before they came apart........one actually held together throughout the entire serving. The steamed ones fell apart almost immediately. That said, this is not an issue for me.........I just get a knife and fork and attack the dog! It still tastes the same!

I was hoping they fixed the sliced too thin for the bottom but they didn't. Bun is 2" thick but the bottom bun was 1/8" and dry so when cut/pulled apart it broke off. Threw both packages away. What a shame to ruin a bun because you can't correct a mistake even after many reviews point it out. I will not buy it again.

Even though these are called brat buns, they have other uses. Where I'm from in the South, hot dog is synonymous with chili dog, and you can't find a better bun for a hot dog topped with good ol' homemade, juicy, drippy hot dog chili, onions, and mustard. They are also great for Sloppy Joes and help to contain all that sloppiness. They taste great, and the shelf life is astounding. I don't buy any other kind of bun anymore.

Good, but too many

Purchased these for a concession stand - disappointed, a lot of them were hard and unusable.

I recommend these buns for your brats or hot links. Not so much for the call parks as the meat to bun ratio is off. You need a hearty protein in these buns. So worth it. It’s way better than those $1 buns you get at the grocery stores.

These are just a over size hot dog bun. They were dry and not near as good as the Sara Lee buns. Guess I will be getting my buns elsewhere until you bring back the Sara Lee.

Purchased these for Fathers Day. Very disappointed. Very doughy, the inside seems it wasn't cooked enough. Will not be purchasing again.

These are great tasting buns. They are soft, and have a nice flavor. They pair well with Sam's 1/4 lb. hot dogs!
