Best stove/oven ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a bit over a month and the only feature I haven't used as of yet is the dehydrator. It works so well and I was able to make a HUGE Christmas dinner for my family with no issues. Also it is beautiful. I'm not a big fan of blue but this blue inside the oven is gorgeous.

Awful, I totally regret purchasing this range.

I've had this range under a year and the oven temperature arbitrarily drops while cooking. It takes almost half and hour to heat to 350 degrees and then does not maintain temperature. I am constantly rechecking the temperature now, but while food is cooking I have to manually restart the heating process. Food is either burnt or undercooked. We had a service tech come and after after working on the oven, told us it should be in good working order. After he left, I'm back to square one with the same issues. I see others have the same issue with the Samsung, I will probably not purchase another Samsung Range after this experience. Warranty expired March 31, 2023, so now we are stuck with this. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made this purchase a couple of weeks ago and am in the process of adjusting to using it. Time will tell how much I like it. I will say that it has taken good amount of time to burn off manufacturing oils in the oven. Was advised by delivery crew to take care to do that before trying to cook with it.

Digital nightmare.

only 2 years old and the electronics are going crazy. Switching to all the different selections without us doing anything. Now the over turns off as its heating up. Guess you just can't buy good stuff anymore if it can't last 2 years. And of course out of warranty so to repair is on us. Might just get rid of it and buy another brand. Won't buy a Samsung again.

Love my new Samsung Electric Range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my stove about 3 weeks now and love it! It's easy to clean, especially the oven with the covered heating element and steam clean option. Compared to my old stove, my Samsung burners heat up much faster! I haven't tried all of the oven settings yet (there are so many convenient ones!), but am looking forward to experimenting with the air fry and dehydrate options. The convection setting is super handy and the cookies I made turned out wonderful--crispy edges, soft center! The stove has a pleasing look and the oven is very roomy! It's great!

Simply Beautiful

Lots of features . 3 Issues 1:No manual was included 2: Not sure about the stove light staying on long after turning eye off 3;Oven stays hot/warm long after turned off.#?? Is that going to be a problem in warm months??

Love - Love - Love our new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this range two weeks ago. The features are wonderful. The first thing we did was use the air fry feature to fix french fries. They were great. Made pasta the next night just to see if the range really did bring water to a boil quickly. Boy did it ever. I checked the oven temp with an oven thermometer and it was spot on. I really appreciated that after years of using an oven that never was. These will be what we use most often, but I am looking forward to trying out other features especially the dehydrator.

Great Features on this Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in the second year of owning this stove and I still love it. The learning curve is not bad and I confess I like the way it sings when you need to pay attention. Cleaning is relatively easy, except the racks ( wish they could stay in while cleaning). The Roasting and Air Fryer features are great, I have not proofed any bread but assume this feature will work as well as the ones I have tried. Their customer service has been great.

wish I bought the plan Lasted a little over a year

I liked it at first. It is a beautiful range. However, it only lasted a little over a year. It started flashing the clock at random times and would also reset it back to 12:00. One day the display went out and wouldn't come back on. The control panel was dead. The repair was too costly so we junked it and bought a slide in LG that has the controls on the front. It's a much cleaner look.

Love the oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had our Samsung range about 3 months. I love the versatility of the oven - regular bake, convection, & air fryer. I also like the color. An area that needs improvement are the stove dial indicators. It’s hard to see the markings and hard to understand which dial is for which burner. We always need to put on a light to see the markings.
