Good buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s now been a little over two weeks since I bought this unit. I’ve made use of some of the features with success, but haven’t had a chance to use others. I wish I had known about the oven being smokey with the first usage. I do wish that the air fryer basket had come with the unit rather than having to order it separately. I also wish that a paper manual had come with the unit. It is so hard to look up info on your phone until you have used that function a few times. I wish the warming drawer were deeper as on my previous model. Even with all these findings, I feel it was a good buy.

App Update Made Smart Feature Useless

we didn’t need a new range but wanted the flexibility that one with wifi could provide. with our busy home, being able to preheat the oven for dinner while we are on the way home from work would be very useful. when we first got the range, we were able to do that. but then a few months later they updated the app and it appears they took that feature away. you can only control it from the app if the oven is already on. this completely defeats the purpose and has made us really regret what has become a completely unnecessary expensive purchase.

Freestanding Electric Range with Wi-Fi and Air Fry

I bought this few month ago and the cooktop colour is already fading/ turning white. We have been religiously cleaning the cooktop with the products recommended by Samsung and even then the product is satisfying. Our old cooktop lasted for 15 years and still in best condition. Costco advised to speak to the Samsung department and they will definitely do something about it. However once a product is purchased forget about Samsung service because they only care about selling and afterwards their reputation does not matter to them. I won't be recommending it to my friends or family at all. Their customer service agent said that this is cosmetics default so they will not do anything. Additional our left side of the stove doesn't produce good heating and turns off on its own after we turn it on, so even that is apparently "cosmetic issue". Well done. Never again

Great Stove

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Perfect stove for a family of 4. The airfryer option allows us to cook meals quicker when we are on the run. It preheats quickly, and the stove part works great. Many different burner options for the stove.

Samsung’s the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the burners cannot be on the lowest setting, otherwise the flame is extinguished and gas leaks out. Though, I’d still choose this Samsungs stove over many other brands. My wife and I love taking turns, using the oven and cooking on the stove with all the amazing features it has to offer.

Still getting used to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and am still learning all the features. Wish appliances still came with a manual. The one for this stove is 188 pages on line which I am not planning to print. It is a pain to have to look it up when I need information. Just call me old fashioned.

Temperature drop and now oven isn't working

We bought this two years ago. It seems that opening up the oven for less than a minute can bring the temperature from 400 to 325 or less in less than a minute. Today I prepped the meal, including making scratch bisquits turned the oven while I was making the bisquits and it was only at 175. This takes a long time to heat up. After 20 minutes and it's still at 175 i open up the oven and it's cold. The gas cooktop was working. I was able to get the Hi/Low Broil to work, but the oven doesn't work. The issue with losing heat just to open and look inside and it dropped over 100 degrees has been since the beginning.

Piece of crap!

I bought this new in 2022. I have had to replace the knobs, and have replaced the ignighter twice. The ignighters have only lasted an average of 6 months. I like the convection and airfry options but it not worth having an oven that just stops working suddenly.
