Nice stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’ve had the stove oven for three months. Very easy to use and the WiFi connection makes it easier, let’s me know on/off when the oven is ready. I like the different size burners, good for different cooking needs. More heat bigger stock pots or smaller pan like egg pans. Nice big windows so you can actually see inside. Great for convection and air frying, nice even heating. Solid control knobs and very easy to clean. Overall it’s a great stove and I’m happy with my selection. Would recommend.

Broke in less than 6 months, no customer support

I purchased this Samsung range on July 1st, 2024, and just a few months later, the touchscreen completely stopped responding. When I submitted a service ticket, the technician blamed the issue on a single roach allegedly found inside the pad. This is absurd since I have professional pest control in my home and take every precaution. Even if this were true, one insect shouldn’t destroy such an expensive appliance in such a short time. Clearly, this is a design flaw, as I’ve since heard from others with similar issues. Samsung needs to step up and take accountability for selling unreliable products. I’ve been forced to eat out daily because my oven is unusable. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase Samsung appliances again.

Great addition to our kitxhen

The 5 burners all cook and heat evenly and the oven and it's different functions is awesome. The bonus so far is the air fryer option for the oven. We Love it. The smart hub features make us feel so high tech.

Convection, air frying, broiling, and dehydration.

Valuing the wide range of control options it provides. From convection to air frying and dehydration. There is only one negative. The glass top is time-consuming to keep clean and scratch-free.

Love it!

OMG 3P

This 3rd party company they are using is ridiculous. When i purchase this stove i was excited until it was time for the delivery. They give you an appointment window for delivery. Fine (about 4 hrs) When they get here driver was flicking cigarettes butts out the window. They came in looked at the stove and said they didn't have a 3 prong. I have not been using it to it's full potential due I'm not sure something might go wrong. The insulation said they would be supplying the power cord. From my understanding if an old hardware is used on a new appliance it voids the warranty. They have come out 3 times and i still do not have a new power cord on this stove. Now the question. If something happens to this stove will the warranty be valid ?

Good oven for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this on sale and have been happy with it so far. The oven works great, however the cook top has some issues. The biggest eye has a known sensor issue so it's hard to cook on it because it goes from cold to burning everything in seconds and not turning down. Other than that, it's a great oven for the price.

Great.

Awful, I totally regret purchasing this range.

I've had this range under a year and the oven temperature arbitrarily drops while cooking. It takes almost half and hour to heat to 350 degrees and then does not maintain temperature. I am constantly rechecking the temperature now, but while food is cooking I have to manually restart the heating process. Food is either burnt or undercooked. We had a service tech come and after after working on the oven, told us it should be in good working order. After he left, I'm back to square one with the same issues. I see others have the same issue with the Samsung, I will probably not purchase another Samsung Range after this experience. Warranty expired March 31, 2023, so now we are stuck with this. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!

A powerhouse, and a purchase with no regrets!

I didn't know about this Samsung range, otherwise, I would have had it sooner in my home. My family and I love it and look forward to much great food ahead.
