Need some new cookware for the stove top ;) (infrared cooktop) not all cookware is created equal. I have used the convection oven with a bake time cut in half :). Excellent heat retention for oven. Proper cooktop cookware results are a bit different. Cast iron has a bit better results for cook times. Aluminum and cooper do not conduct heat well. Cook time results are twice the time required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Smart Freestanding Electric Range with No-Preheat Air Fry and Convection does it all! I cannot praise Samsung enough for all the thought and planning they put into this range. I can use convection, air fry, keep foods warm, and so much more! The stovetop burners all have different capacities, so I can choose which one will be best for each task. The oven heats up quickly and, due to the convection fan, heats everything perfectly evenly. The oven also has two timers, one that will just time your cooking and one that will turn the oven off when done. I haven't tried the smart features yet, but I'm excited to try them out! My favorite feature of this range is the convection, as my food is coming out cooked perfectly evenly.

I am not what the deal is with the range. I realize I am dropping down in quality coming from a Kenmote Elite but this range just is a hassle. The front burners are wel named because they burn everything. It doesn’t matter if it is hi or 2 the water keeps boiling and whatever your frying cooks way too hot.

Delivery and installation was handled professionally and timely. The knobs don't catch and are easy to adjust to your desired temperature. The air fry function is great for when you don't feel like getting out a standalone air fryer. Extremely convenient. Looking forward to trying out the Self Clean. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to upgrade their range or to switch from gas to electric!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was not the stove I was going to buy, but because of features for the price I decided to buy. So far have used convection, air fry, and regular oven features and of course the cook top. No complaints. Of course, smooth top takes a lot of maintenance to keep clean, but I already knew that from the last smooth top stove that I had. I particularly like that the burners have knobs and not the digital kind as my last one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this stove now for about 3 months and I love it. The ability to air fry in it and set a timer along with is fantastic. In general being able to set a timer and have the stove cut off is great.

convection, fast boil, warmer etc. all work well. like how the digital display shows each degree difference as it heats. top has not been a problem to clean since i clean it daily and thoroughly. wifi app - every time the oven is touched it sends a message to my phone......and tv! found it annoying and i won't use it so deleted. also, i had app open on my phone and was doing something else on my phone and accidently turned the oven on! luckily someone was home to notice. more my fault than products. anyways...it looks good, cooks evenly and the fan isn't loud at least in my opinion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We absolutely love the white glass finish of this range. The Wi-Fi connectivity is much more useful than I thought it would be. Heats up quickly and burners function really well. My past experience with glass top cook tops have been that the temperature is hard to control and they are hotter than the temp level used, but this one functions perfect! This range is as functional as it is beautiful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I did was connect this range to my home in the Samsung Smartthings app. The "almost ready" and "food is done" notifications automatically show up on not just our phones, but on our Samsung TV's as well! I also love that I can set up the oven's cooking instruction from my phone or check to see if any burners were left on. As for it's ability to cook, this has been a *huge* improvement from what we had prior. The extra warming burner has been wonderful for keeping gravies, fondue cheese, and other dishes warm while the rest of a meal is being cooked. We've also used the griddle for cooking omelets, French Toast, and pancakes. It took a few days to get used to the temperatures of the burner levels, but once you learn them it's smooth sailing from there. The range does a great job maintaining consistent temperatures. And the fast boil is *FAST*. I also appreciate the extra large burner for using a cast-iron wok on. As for the oven portion, this thing preheats fast. In just a few minutes, it can get to 400+F and be ready to go. At first, I was skeptical it was reaching the correct temperature because it's so quiet. But it was! However, it is the complete opposite of quiet when the timer strikes zero. The "song" it plays reminds me of 90's era midi files. Except loud enough to be heard throughout the house. If there was one improvement this range could use, it would be the ability to change the tune or lower the volume slightly (without having to turn off the sound completely).

As an experienced home cook, this is by far the worst range I have ever owned. The burners are inconsistent and defective — they heat unevenly and unpredictably, causing food to burn, something that is not typical for me. Twice I have ended up with completely burnt rice due to burners being defective- I've been making rice on the stovetop for 20 years and this has never happened to me. For anyone who takes cooking seriously, this alone makes it unacceptable. The design choices make it clear this product was built for looks, not functionality. There is a deep crevice running across the front of the range that constantly traps crumbs and grease and is nearly impossible to keep clean, even with specialized tools. You also can’t hang a dish towel off the handle, something that should be a simple convenience in any kitchen. The racks are too small to fit two half-sheet pans side by side, which all my previous ranges were able to do. And the oven control button is placed in a way that makes it easy for small children to press and fiddle with, not to mention you need to press it a total of 4 times just to start the oven, which seems excessive. Overall, I deeply regret investing in this product. It may be fine for someone who cooks rarely, but for avid or serious cooks, it’s simply not functional. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
