[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this new range since the end of last month and we love it. The hidden heating element in the oven is amazing. The glass top is wonderful to keep clean and the 3 expandable elements are great. I like the touch screen settings,so easy to see and us. We haven't tried the air fry because it didn't come with the pan to use for that function even though the website said it did. Overall we are very happy with the service . Delivery was free on time and the guys who brought our range were great.

Nice features and pretty but impossible to keep stove top clean, you look at it and gets dirty. Alos the knobs are cheap, the lettering wears off when cleaned, they grow wobbly over time and are easily turned on by accident. Buying upgraded replacement knob is impossible due to the 3-element large eye knob being unavailable, your only choice is OEM knob from Samsung which have the issues I just spoke of. I love Samsung electronics but would never purchase appliances from them again.

You've got convection bake, convection roast, bake, broil, air fry, keep warm, bread proof, dehydrate and self clean. The stove burners are really nice too having a choice of what size you want to use. Cleaning the stove top is simple. Button lock out is simple to use (hold for 3 seconds). Gas consumption is not that bad....were a family of 5 and use our stove daily. We run the stove off a 100# LP tank and it usually lasts us 6 months. The ability to connect to wifi and control the oven away has its advantages too, especially when cooking food like a bone in prime rib or a turkey. If your running late from work, you can start the oven preheating so it's ready to go when your driving home. This is just a GREAT Samsung appliance.!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new stainless steel electric Samsung range with convection, air fryer and griddle has met and exceeded our expectations for a range. This range has a ton of functions/options and they are all extremely user friendly. The burners and oven all heat up quickly. The air fryer works amazingly well and air fryer large amounts. The griddle is a great addition also, but it does make a mess when cooking as grease flies everywhere. The flat cook top is easy to clean and we lot the addl burner to keep items warm. I recommend reading the owners manual to get a good overview of everything this stove offers so you can use all the options available to you. Wifi connectivity works great. We highly recommend this range.

I’ve had this for less than a week and already have scratches on the glass top. I’ve literally only used it twice. Previous glass cooktop stove we had was here when the house was built and didn’t have many scratches on it when we sold it. Very disappointed With this aspect of it. Haven’t even used the oven yet or the other four burners. Just the large burner and it has deep scratches in it. I had just purchased a brand new expensive set of Hexclad cookware. It is not like we raked it across the glass. This is definitely a flaw and what is the most expensive range I’ve ever purchased. I wish the company would recall this piece since there are so many complaints!

The Wi-Fi-connected function is very helpful for checking whether it is on or off and monitoring when someone uses it. It also has an air fryer function, which I really like. I appreciate its additional warming induction feature as well. However, cleaning the top is not easy. The material of the body beneath the top is very light aluminum, which I don't like. Overall, I recommend this to everyone!

I love the air fryer feature for making meals that are easy and healthy for us. The app on my phone provides awesome recipes and tips as well.

The burners are very powerful and I love being able to control things with an app. The burner controls are heavy duty and easy to use. I’ve always loved Samsung appliances and this one is no different. I am very happy to have it in my house and will continue to be a loyal Samsung customer. This is the first time I have had a convection oven and it is such an upgrade. It bakes my brownies perfectly from the edges to to the center. It also bakes things much faster than my old one. The touch screen is really easy to use too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove 4 month ago and just recently installed it. Extremely disappointed with the glass top. Had to have it replaced ajust after 2 weeks of use. Even after replacement we are slaves keeping it clean. Everything sticks to it and hard to keep cleans We even bought a new set of pots and pans thinking it would help, but makes no difference. Smudges with everything.We replaced our 10 year old GE glass top stove as we remolded our kitchen and wanted new appliances. Beautiful product but be ready suffer cleaning it. If we could return it we would.
