we’ve had this oven give or take five months. the only issue that we found so far is the melting aluminum foil at the bottom of the stove that cannot come out. you can use oven cleaner inside the oven just because if you get the black stainless steel as just a tiny little bit that will sprinkle on the outside will cause damage that is irreversible. please be cautious and enjoy the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my goodness! I can't even begin to tell you how much I love my new Samsung electric range! It fit perfectly into my existing space and really stands out-in a good way-in our kitchen. The five burner system is one of its best features, as the warning spot has really come in handy with all the cooking we do now. I was a little confused when we had a recent power outage, because I couldn't recall how to reset the clock. But after playing with it, I was able to set the clock. During the initial setup, the Bluetooth connected right away and was a pretty cool feature! Now what really excited me was getting an alert on my Smart Things app on my phone, that my oven had finished preheating, then when the cooking was finished. Just amazing! The control panel has many useful features, like both a bake and a convection bake function, which works well for all my needs. The control panel itself is nicer than any I've ever seen, and the black stainless steel color is beautiful. The bright blue display gives off a nice glow at night as well. When it was first delivered, the feet were not adjusted properly, so the delivery company came back out and raised the range's height, so I didn't have to bend down too far. The extra large burner with Rapid Boil is one of my favorite things, as I have several oversized pans that always cooked unevenly. But now, with my Samsung Electric Range, I can use all the pans I have with no problem. I haven't yet used the air fryer feature because this model didn't include one, and I'll need to buy one. My only dislike is trying to keep the cooktop clean. I purchased a product for cleaning glass cooktops, but I still have to use alot of "elbow grease " to keep it pretty.

absolute horrible stove. i just got it yesterday and the stove top is scratched and has marks that arent coming off! i only cooked on it once! i used the proper cleaning products. one day and one use and it’s ruined! i haven’t even paid for it yet. home depot wont take it back because they say its not a defect! it should be. shame on you samsung. i thought that your products we’re supposed to be top notch! it also takes forever to preheat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it earlier this year and am happy with it. My Four-star rating is because of keeping the surface around the burner stain-free. Should I use any special cleaner on this enameled surface? Another minor issue is the rubber bumpers on cast iron grate feet. They seem to melting/sticky due to the heat of hot grates, I plan to call Samsung assuming it is still under warranty. Otherwise completely satisfied. Good product

The electric range was okay, but a gas range allows better heat control on the cooktop and I prefer baking in a gas oven, too. Now I’ve completed my kitchen with all-Samusung appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is great. So many functions that make life easier when it comes to preparing meals for a large family, or any family. The smart things app is very handy given we can monitor the ranges function from our phones. Having a range that doubles as an air fryer allows us to free up counter space. We can now air fry all the food at once instead of in batches. This Range is top notch. The range has a function where you can lock all the buttons and knobs when not in use. The steam clean function cleans like a dream and makes it so easy to clean messes when baking doesnt go as planned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great stove! I have used it to cook chicken, meat and it cooks it quickly and perfect. It is also very easy to clean.  It has great frying option for the oven and heats the food great. Nice to have access to be able to make sure it is off by phone if in case which I have not but is nice to have. It is bigger and I have come to love using the Air Fry which haven't had or used before as we have used the fryer to cook potatoes as well as fries when we are doing burgers outside. The griddle is nice and haven't had anything stick on it yet especially with tortillas and they seem to cook quite well. We usually make it to were they become quite crispy and we have no issues with it sticking and with it going over what we want. What I have come to like as well on the oven is the keep warm feature as we have used that to help keep food from the grill to stay warm while we finish. This is something we haven't had and didn't think we would really benefit on using before. We have used oven quite well mostly for keeping food warm, preparing Lasagna to the way we like and mostly the Air Fry that we also come to use more. The stove have gotten a bit more use as it has really helped on cooking the meats and chicken as well as soups that used to take too long on previous unit. I would definitely recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range about a month ago and I am pleased with it. It has the convection heat or you can choose just regular heat. It has an option for air fry but you do need to purchase a special pan for it. It has 6.3 cubic feet which is larger than some. It also is a smart range where you can control it from an app which is nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stainless steel finish! I can preheat the oven from the Samsung App and it all ready for me to start cooking. The music sound it makes when it’s done preheating is very easy to hear. The oven can fit an oversized baking sheet easy because of its large size. It’s easy to operate and clean. I wish it would’ve came with the air fryer tray though. I haven’t had a chance to tryout any of the preset functions yet. The rapid boil technology is very convenient too, don’t have to wait forever for water to boil. The warmer eye on the stove top is very convenient and it sits back so it’s not in the way of the other pots in use. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with it!

Have yet to use the air fryer yet but can't wait to try it out. The display is great and I love that it dims on its own as an energy saver. The Smartings app make cooking while doing other tasks/chores seamless. Cooktop is great and I love the push pinch knobs that basically keep you from turning on the stovetop by accident. Would definitely recommend this to family and friends
