My wife and I just did some work in our kitchen and the range fit perfectly and we needed an upgrade. The stainless steel finish makes it look sharp and high-end. So many features to use, like bake, broil, convection and so much more. Plus, it’s energy-efficient, which helps with utility bills. The smart controls are a great touch, allowing you to manage everything from your phone, which is convenient when you’re multitasking or just want things ready when you get home. I have not tried this feature yet, but I will. The display is clear, and navigating through the functions doesn’t require much learning. It’s also built to last with durable materials, so it feels like a good investment for the long haul. The self-cleaning feature is a time-saver, too. I've had it for about a month now, and while I'm still figuring things out with it, I've got the hang of the basics. I love how quickly it preheats, and I love that I can also use the app to preheat and set a timer for cooking. The little melody it plays when it's ready to use (preheated) and when it finishes cooking is delightful, although a little loud. The convection option bakes cake much faster than I expected. I made Yum Yum Cake, and I used a box yellow cake mix. It said 34-38 minutes in the oven. My cake was ready after about 28 minutes. Works for me. I haven't tried the other features yet (air fry, breadproof, dehydrate), but I'm sure they're awesome too. Another thing I like about the app is that it provides recipes and meal options for you to try out. I'm always looking for new recipes and fun, new dishes to try, so that's a plus for me. And the self-clean option is wonderful. This is the first time I've had an oven that actually had a legitimate self clean option, and the only reason I had to use mine already was because my son stuck something in the oven that started to melt as I preheated (I now check every time), so after cleaning as much of it as I could, I set self-clean to go to town, and it worked wonderfully. Very happy about that. And lastly, the griddle in the middle of the stovetop is awesome. I've used it to make grilled cheese, burgers, and even pancakes. Perfect every time. Also, the different size burners are cool. One boils water much faster, one is good for simmering, and the other two are pretty much normal burners. Overall, I absolutely love this stove, and I would highly recommend it.

I wish there was a mat to use to protect the bottom of the stove from drips, especially when using the air fryer.

The Smart Freestanding Electric Range with No-Preheat Air Fry and Convection has made me the expert cook in my family. This appliance has made my dreams come true [ no exaggeration. ] I have always wanted to have an oven that has all the mechanisms of all my cooking needs in one. I can cook multiple things without having to run back and forth to different appliances to check on my food. I can finally do it all in one. The features are amazing. I dont have to wait for the oven to preheat when I want to air fry. And on that subject this oven is so big I can airfry multiple items. The timer is super sweet to hear. The burners have different types of sizes to choose which best fits your pots . The heating feature is perfect from slow cooking to rapid boil. I like the wifi feature to let me know which burner is on or off . I can also check the oven and turn it on or off from a different location. The center warming burner is exceptional for keeping things at the right temperature before serving. Samsung has done it again with their smart products and never disappoints. I love my oven and so does my entire family.

I purchased this Samsung range on July 1st, 2024, and just a few months later, the touchscreen completely stopped responding. When I submitted a service ticket, the technician blamed the issue on a single roach allegedly found inside the pad. This is absurd since I have professional pest control in my home and take every precaution. Even if this were true, one insect shouldn’t destroy such an expensive appliance in such a short time. Clearly, this is a design flaw, as I’ve since heard from others with similar issues. Samsung needs to step up and take accountability for selling unreliable products. I’ve been forced to eat out daily because my oven is unusable. Extremely disappointed and will not purchase Samsung appliances again.
