[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoy this Smart Range from Samsung. The features list is very long and I have used every feature available within the first month. The cooking on the stovetop is great. My one complaint is that the surface is nearly impossible to keep clean. If you happen to have one spill and it gets cooked on, it appears to "burn in" to the glasstop, which is also nearly impossible to keep streak-free. I like the ability to remotely turn on and off the oven particularly for pre-heating. I like the air fryer and convection options. Actually very easy to clean too. I would recommend this to all my friends. Just be weary of the glass-top cooking surface on the electric models

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new electric stove and it’s more than what I thought. It’s a beautiful design and it has wi fi. I can program it from my living room chair with my SmartThings on my iPhone. Hugh oven and easy glass top cleaning.

Good looking: check. Good feature value: check. Air Fry, Smarthings App and Steam Clean (for light touch up's) are great features, but 2yrs in, this model still occasionally infuriates me. Maybe it's me due to the 1st electric oven in 20yrs, but my issue is the burners themselves. They cycle either on full blast or off, and consequently a) don't heat up quickly without risk of burning whatever you're cooking, and b) don't lend themselves to simmering well, have burned many casserole dishes despite being on anything but the absolutely lowest settings. Takes a long time to "cool" down too, I often use an Induction Hotplate as an alternative. Tough getting used to the Glass Top too, everything, even vapour, stains it.

compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this range after a long period of research and looking at different options. We wanted to switch from a gas stove in our new home back to electric, which we were used to from our previous house. Most important for us was a clean and easy to clean look, which this model offers. We have been trying it out for three weeks now and love it. Installation and setup was easy and intuitive, including the connection to WiFi, though I am not sure we will ever use this feature. But it works, and I get alerts on my phone and watch when the oven has reached temperature, for example. The air fry option seems to work well and we have been able to heat up food just as quickly and good as in a small tabletop air fryer we had been using before. The oven is huge, with plenty of room for even large dishes. The cooktop works very well too, and we especially like the selectable element size for two of the larger plates. Makes it easy and more energy efficient to use different size pots and pans. The unit is also surprisingly quiet, compared to what we had before. We are happy with our purchase and hope to enjoy it a long time.

The purchase, delivery and installation could not have been more perfect. This model Samsung stove and every feature performs flawlessly. Every dish prepared is perfectly cooked and delicious. I’m totally pleased with my stove. It’s a 100% quality product! Love it!!

I bought this approx two months ago for my very picky mom who loves to cook. She can’t stop raving about the range such as the even heating because her food doesn’t burn anymore which helps to control food odour in the house. The oven bakes quickly and barely emits exterior heat. Overall, she loves her range.

when pressing the buttons to turn various features on/off, they quit working. sometimes this means we cannot enter a temp for the oven, can't change the temp of the warming burner, etc. we try to press them and they do not work, so sometimes can't even use the stove. it is brand new.

Never ever will I buy a Samsung product. My user guide is missing pages. Why why is there not just a normal clock button why. I have to spend 30 minutes trying to reset the clock every time the power goes out. Never again and can't wait to get rid of it

We have grilled great pancakes, panini's and great melts, the grill is only one of the features that make this range outstanding. We love it.
