I’m a frequent fresh flower purchaser, but am not pleased with my current purchase. The item which I ordered is not the item delivered I’m not looking for a refund or return, just informing you that it mistake was made on your part.

That flower bouquet was beautiful. So I order 200$ for Valentine’s Day and in delivery date they refunded me the money and did not even told me they were out of stock. I will never order flowers for shipping again. It’s bad, really bad. The worst part was trying to contact a human for explaination.

Biggest day of the yr for flowers and they were mostly 1/2 dead.
