I’m a frequent fresh flower purchaser, but am not pleased with my current purchase. The item which I ordered is not the item delivered I’m not looking for a refund or return, just informing you that it mistake was made on your part.

The flowers were beautiful, reasonably priced and lasted for weeks. My sister in law enjoyed them for Christmas.
