Terrible quality.

If you don't use a lot of paper toweling and only need a good quality basic one, these fit the bill. However, we go through a LOT of paper towels in my home. Because of that, I prefer a good, thick paper towel. While the POM paper towels got the job done, I found that we actually used more of them than normal because they are not as thick and, therefore, don't absorb quite as well. Not yet sure if I will purchase these again.

We buy at least three boxes of POM paper towels and POM toilet paper monthly for social service homes. The products are okay, but the boxes they come in are terrible. The boxes should have reinforced handles or something. I can't seem to get the boxes into the homes without them ripping apart. The size of the paper towel boxes is difficult to load in car and to carry.

Don't Fall for the 4-Star review!! SCAM!! These POM PAPER TOWELS don't qualify for four-star nor a one-star. These paper towls are so cheap that the Dollar Store paper towels put them to shame! These paper towls are a FULL sheet, and they are still HORRIBLE it does NOT absorb anything because they are so thin, and the paper towels DISSOLVE in your hand when WET!! 1st and last time, I will buy anything 4-star from Sam's without doing research. I wish I could get a refund, but I'm not driving over 2 hours it would cost me more than the refund in gas! I will just use them outside in the garage and for the cat's clean ups and stick one in our vehicles. I only got them because Sam's was out of Members Brand paper towls and out of Bounty Brand, too.

I’ve been buying these paper towels for years. Upon receiving them I noticed the rolls were smaller and once I opened them the paper towels were thinner and they separate into two once you pull one off of the roll. I don’t know what happened to the quality of these paper towels but they aren’t worth purchasing anymore for this reason. You have to use several just to clean up spills or for any other household use and that causes you to go through the roll quicker. It’s really disappointing that the quality of these paper towels are no longer what they use to be.

I think that these paper towels are the best for your money. I really enjoyed the texture of the paper towels and I think that they were very strong. I also like using less paper towels which would save me money in the long run. The size of the paper towel roll was surprisingly bigger and more than I thought.
