Purchase this often and it has always been a good paper towel but NOT this time! Quality is very poor, paper is extremely thin and scratchy. Very disappointed!

Sheet don’t break clean at perforate line and rip. There are more rolls per box but rolls are smaller than other brands Sams carry and priced higher as well . Would not personally buy again

Never showed up to our address. It sat in Wyoming, Mi Warehouse. When we finally talked with Sams Club UPS claimed freight was damaged. What a “hook up!”

My local sams club was out of the members mark paper towels I usually buy and these are all they had. I would have been better off with none! These paper towels are horrible! They do not tear at perforation and they are super thin so you use way more than you need. Would not buy again!

I have been purchasing these paper towels for years. The last box I purchased was seemingly a fluke. Each roll was a cheaply made rendition of what I'm used to. The paper towels are thin, they tear and feel like a very cheap store brand. It's very disappointing and I'm ready to throw the entire box away.

These towels are so thin that they tear into pieces when drying your hands with them. I have to use 2 full sheets to prevent this from happening. I made this purchase only because the Members Mark & Bounty paper towels were out of stock. Honestly, I would rather have nothing than to pay for these again. Not worth the money paid for the case.

I do not recommend this product at all, bought it because SAMs did not have the members mark paper towels or anything else. This is the worst decision I have ever made. The towels are so thin, tear easily and when wet they fall apart. Will never purchase them again.

Better than nothing but wish the Members Mark was not always out of stock and could be purchased online. The package said they were 2 ply and I couldn't believe it because they are very thin paper towels. So after 10 minutes of trying to separate the plys I succeeded. The 2 plys are the thinnest paper I have ever seen.

I use a lot of paper towels as I have dogs, cats, and a bird. Lots of mud dragged in, leaves, and of course the occasional accident. These towels are not the softest, which I don't need. And they are absorbent enough for my uses. If you are buying for soft, soft, soft, these will not be to your liking. But for my uses, they are great.

Don’t buy these paper towels! They are thin like tissue paper and are completely useless. I only got them because Sam’s recommended them because they were out of stock on paper towels! Lousy product. I am surprised that Sam’s would use such an inferior product as a substitute!
