The cheese is good and I like the paper separating the slices, but it started getting green mold on the edges 5-7 days after opening. Usually lasts until all is eaten

This is a good product. Excellent for when you’re grilling burgers, outback or making quesadillas and grilled cheese sandwiches for the kiddos. The flavor is what you would expect for a sharp Cheddar.

I wanted to try a different kind of cheese. Love the flavor taste great and the cut is great for sandwiches, or eggs my husband likes them with his hamburger.
