Bought on Thursday, By Saturday all were squishy. Tried one of the firmer of the bunch, flavor of a plum on the skin, pear on the inside. May be good if you have a dozen people to eat them in two days.

I made a cobbler with these. It was a very good balance between sour and sweet. I peeled and seeded them. The natural pectin in them made the clobber thick without adding any cornstarch.I added a hint of cinnamon

Please don't waste your money. I love apricots but these are bitter, not a good flavor. Don't worth my money. Sadly I couldn't return this product but won't buy it in the future.
