strawberries

lately they have been ok but you have to get them yourself, because if you do a pickup order or a delivery order, it's almost always moldy strawberries. and then it becomes a bigger hassle priced high but so is everyone else unfortunately.

Hit or miss

Lately has been very hit or miss. They used to always be huge, sweet, and delicious. Lately, I've been getting moldy, liquidy, and tasteless. Better quality control needed especially for deliveries!

Bad purchase....

Don't know what happened with this one.....usually the strawberries are wonderful that I buy from Sam's but this container got tossed in the trash after my husband and I tried several of them.....guess we got a bad batch.

rotted out by the next day

I bought these on Friday afternoon. When I took them out of the fridge Sunday morning. They were 70% fuzzy and rotting. I had to have someone else run to smart and final and buy us new ones.

Brand received does not match brand ordered

Photos do not match. One is Driscoll's brand and another is Nature Ripe. I thought I was ordering Driscoll's and received Nature Ripe which is not the same quality.

watch out

Didn't get one berry eaten before they were spoiled the day after I bought them. Amazing white chia pet phenomenon. May have made a great strawberry wine. SAMs gave me a full refund. They are great that way.

Not What They Once Were!

These strawberries have gone down hill. They once were actually a strawberry but now seem to be injected with red color dye as they have NO FLAVOR and the inside centers are white - this is not a strawberry! Go back to what you were....

Poor quality

Yesterday they were $3.88, today they are 0.50cents more, I’ve noticed Sams does this a lot. It should be illegal. The review is for how bad the strawberries were, 90% of the container were yellow strawberries, very bad quality. Won’t ever buy again.

Strawberries-disgusting

I just bought these yesterday. I was getting ready to cut them up with other fruit. I have my own fruit salad. I bought some a week ago. Those were very good. I thought that the price was cheap, $4.16, that they wouldb't be good? They were good. Yesterday however, i paid $4.59??? I finished the strawberries i bought a week ago. I was getting ready to cut them, but they were moldy! I guess i'm going to be returning them. It's happened before. I went to a different store. I guess i might go somewhere else. I took a picture, but i won't be able to use it as there's no option for that. I wonder why?

It's really odd that the fruit looks fine until you get home and try to eat it and it's actually rotten. I don't understand what's going on with Sam's fruits and vegetables for the last year now. every food or vegetable I buy is not edible except for bananas.
