When I'm able to go myself I pick out the ones I want from different cartons. I'm not taking rotten ones home with me. I notice when they're delivered there are either bad ones in the carton that day or the next. I think they have a lot of people picking out groceries that don't know anything about meats or fruits. They substitute with some of the craziest stuff. I ordered chocolate chips and got Nestle chocolate drink. I ordered peanut butter and got peanut butter granola bars. Same thing, right? lol Unfortunately we are at the mercy of other peoples brains when we order for delivery. Walmart is even worse. I ordered almost $300 in groceries and received a box of crackers. You just have to laugh sometimes. Sam's has the best fruit %26 meat in town. If theirs isn't good, no ones is. I used to think that about Kroger but Sam's has them beat. Happy holidays.

Dont order fruits

This is the second time that I ordered strawberries and cuties and both times I’ve received most the items are rotten or with white hairs as if they have some type of fungus. I’ve throw them away because of it’s smell. I can’t hold them for return. And this shows me error while trying to upload a picture.

Strawberries rave!

Strawberries from my most recent trip to Sam's were delicious so fresh and sweet you would have thougth they came straight from the farm to my table It was great to know we can rely on our local Sam's club to provide produce of such high quality even when not in season

Bad Batch

Apparently the strawberries that I got were a bad batch as they went bad the next day. When I returned them to the store to get my money back, they said that a lot of people were returning them for the same reason. I have bought them here before and haven't had any problems until now.

Wish I Could Give It A Zero

We signed up for a plus membership so that we could use curbside pickup & free shipping. My mother is 90 years old and medically vulnerable so I do everything possible to protect her, hence curbside pickup. We have been experiencing issues with produce for several months (please see photos) and each time I have called for a credit I have filed a complaint and shared these photos with Sam's Club customer service to no avail. I finally wrote to someone in Corporate and she in turn told the store manager (Jesse) to contact me. He sent me a message and gave me his cell phone number, when I texted him and told him I had photos I wanted him to see, he asked me to send them to his cell as well, he has been communicating with me via text since then. He told me he was looking into the situation and asked that I provide specific dates & invoice numbers for the products in question. I agreed to do so but asked for a work email address as it is much easier for me to send an email rather than trying to text all of that information. That was several weeks ago (October 25th) and was the last time I heard from him. He never even offered to give me a credit for the slimly, orange Iceberg Lettuce. I think this speaks volumes as to why we have been experiencing so many issues with curbside produce orders, the store management simply does not care. We have been loyal Sam's Club customers for nearly three decades, but apparently that doesn't make any difference, we are extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and don't appreciate having our time wasted or being sold rotting produce on a regular basis.

Bring back Driscoll's Strawberries

I noticed your website is advertising Driscoll's strawberries but you seem to have switched over to the Wellpict brand. Driscoll's strawberries were far superior the the Wellpict brand that you now carry. The new one's aren't nearly as sweet as Driscoll's and many aren't ripe enough to enjoy. Please return to the Driscoll's strawberries!

Frequently moldy

The strawberries at Sams Club are frequently moldy, especially the Driscoll-brand ones. We stopped buying them from Sams several months ago for this very reason. Last week I was at Sams, and just for fun I picked up a package, peered into the bottom, and saw white, fuzzy mold. I picked up another package, turned it over, and again saw mold. I left the packages upside-down for others to see. This quality problem makes no sense because at all other stores, Driscoll brand berries sell for a premium. Maybe Sams is purchasing Driscoll's old stock. In any event, you're not getting what you pay for, and you're better off buying your berries from other markets.

BIG AND BEAUTIFUL

They have the biggest, best strawberries. Everyone at my work always wants to steal them. They are so juicy and sweet. I always look through them and pick the ones I think are best and I've never been disappointed. I'm so happy to see they are on sale right now. I was addicted to them this summer and then they went out of season and the price skyrocket. This past week my children and I have literally eaten 6 pounds and today I'm going back for more.
