I bought this set...it was beautiful in the pictures and what I received 4 weeks later was horrible. I don’t know why Sam’s Club allowed something damaged to leave their warehouse. I have purchased from Sam’s Club many times and have had great results but this was a disappointment

This 3 pc set reclining set is very comfortable and well made. The leather is top grade. I suggest is to seriously take into consideration the color is not true to the website pictures. The brown is very dark boarders on black instead of brown. Overall, I’m very happy with our new furniture and delivery was great!

The Manhattan top grain leather 3 piece recliner sofa set is soft and comfy. and it is very difficult to go back and putting it down is a little. Difficult putting on your back trying it depends how strong the person is to putting it back on the chair

The sofa is really good, and we like it, but after approx. 8 months of usage the leather at the center seater leg support area is peeling off. When reached out to customer care using the email Id provided in most response, there is not even a single reply from them for about 2 weeks, now we doubt on the quality.

We just got this set last week and we absolutely love it. It's very comfortable the foam stuffing appears to be of very high quality and of course so does the leather, it's very sturdy and all the mechanisms work very smoothly. I do wish the separate recliner had the option of a rocking feature.

Super comfortable! I'm looking in person at the recliner chair, but the entire set is the same material and construction. This is the chair I want to sit in if I'm watching a full movie. It's plush, the leather has a nice feel, and the it reclines perfectly. I like that the recliner handle is subtle and easy to operate. It's also nice that you can stop at any position between upright and fully reclined. Folding the footrest back in requires very little effort. Note that this chair does not rock, even a little. The style, visually, is on par with these types of recliners. It looks as plush as it feels.

Extremely disappointed the love seat has a terrible defect from whoever manufactured this, who actually knowing is bent they decided to have this product out for sale in the market, there is no control quality, the right seat is practically bent which means that is difficult to close to the point that you have push it against the wall to close the foot rest. I do not recommended this set or this company to no one who is looking to purchase a set mainly because this is a $2000 and you expect higher quality. I demand a solution to these issue Sams Club, this is not fair for a consumer for so many years of membership.

It is the worst quality sofa we purchased. In first 2 months one of the recliner stopped working. The sofa discoloration started within 4 -5 months and and in a year it is really bad condition. As it has discoloration patches all over the sofa. It looks like a 20 year old sofa. Our another sofa which is like 13 years old and still looks better than this one. One more thing the color is much darker than what you see in the pics. It is like black brown color. Stay away from this living room set,

I purchased this set about 3.5 weeks ago and finally recieved the shipment today. The wait was stated up front and expected and frankly, very well worth it. The shipping team was also kind and courteous as well as helpful. As far as the couches, they're large, though definitely not huge. The leather appears to be of top quality and is darker as many of the reviews have stated than they appear in the pictures online. The leather feels thick yet is more than soft enough. The cushions are medium to hard with regards to firmness- I find them to occupy a nice sweet spot as far as their firmness. The mechanisms for reclining feel solid and have no give and do not wobble back and forth under a person's weight. I'm 6'3", 225lbs and I can get pretty comfortable stretched out on the couch, though I can't stretch out all the way without resting my head on the arm rest. The seating area is large enough for it not to be a problem, though not huge. The one thing I will say is that I'm probably about as large of a person that could comfortably use the recliner. The recliner does not have a very wide seating area, but is appropriate for me (34" waist). Overall, very happy with my purchase and would do it again. Also; I appreciate Sams Club for refunding the extra 400$ as I bought it at 2699 and a few days later the price fell to 2299.
