I BOUGHT 14 GIFT CARDS FOR STAFF AT ASSISTED LIVING WHERE I LIVE. I PASSED OUR A FEW. I NEARLy PASSED OUR WHEN A STAFF SAID CARD HAD NOT BEEN ACTIVATED!! IVE HAD NUMEROUS CONTACTS WITH SAM'S AND CRACKER BARRELL. I USED DEBIT CARD ! SAM'S TOOK MY MONEY BUT WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT ACTIVATIVATING CARDS !! SO EMBARRESED, OUT OF OVER $300.00, OUT OF PATIENCE. JUST PLAIN OUT OF LUCK !

Got this gift card in the mail with $0 on it. Not the first time this has happened with ordering gift cards from Sams club. Someone at the warehouse clearly isn't doing their job and customer service doesn't care. Will never order gift cards from samsclub.com again

This has got to be one of the best ideas Walmart has ever had. To offer gift cards to several different places is absolute genius. When I don’t know what to get someone for Christmas, Walmart always has my back with the selection of the gift cards they offer. I got the Cracker Barrel $25 gift card for my parents because they always go “after Christmas shopping” and enjoy having their meals paid for after shopping til they drop!

Bought this a a birthday gift for our elderly neighbor for his birthday . He loves to travel and I figured most people eat at Cracker Barrel during their long trips. He loved it.

I gave this card to my sister for a Christmas gift and she went to Cracker Barrel today and was told there was no money on the card. Terribly disappointed and embarrassed.

I should of went to the store and bought it, now I have to go to the store anyway and they better give my money back or give me a card with my 25 on it.

This card was not activated!!!!!!!! And no one will help you !!!!!!! They just pass you away and tell you to call Cracker Barrel and then they won’t help you either !!!!!! This is very frustrating!!!!! I want my money back
