Lost my wedding band after 30 years because I'm getting older, losing weight etc. It may be down the drain but decided to replace it with a rose gold comfort fit band. Very happy with it. Went into the store for sizing before ordering it online. Delivered with signature. I'm happy, it fits great, almost too good as I can barely feel it and still get that feeling I've lost it again...

First I want to say the ring is perfect. I ordered the wrong width, ordered 3mm, needed at 5mm. I called to return the 3mm ring and was told they would have to get authorization from the vendor to return the ring. After 16 calls trying to get a return authorization. I still have not resolved this return. Absolutely, one of the worst customer service experiences i have ever had. If you order anything, make sure it is exactly what you want. It could take a very long time to get a return resolved.
