Nice quality but had some damage
Everything went well in constructing the unit. I had a couple bent parts that seemed to be damaged in transit. There were some holes in the box that lined up where the pieces were placed. I took some pics and was going to tell them about the 2 damaged parts but I ended up fixing them. Luckily they were located in the back of the unit so they are not visible. I have many Seville products and I like them a lot. But I have to say that bent parts occur more often than I would expect, half of which are shipping damage. Most of the time I can fix them but have on occasion requested replacements and Seville Classics sent them promptly. This model is new and the extra width and depth make it useful for certain things compared with the other cabinet they make. It looks very good with my other stainless steel Seville products.

Need 2x4 and Hammer
Only 3 stars because it came damaged and we were too far into assembly to return. Exterior box was undamaged so it had to be packaged damaged. Used a 2x4 and a hammer to pound out the dents enough to assemble, but the door is still janky and difficult to close. Otherwise the unit is very sturdy and would look great if not dented.

Nice looking storage with plenty of options
Bought this and several other units from the Seville Classics set to update my garage. These are huge and can hold a ton of big stuff without taking up too much space. I like the 48" size as it allows room for large items while having split doors that can still open all the way without touching the car. Installation takes a little time but is straight forward with no real challenges. My only issue is the doors ding easily. Some were cosmetically damaged during shipping and others are already showing dents after normal gentle use. They still look great and serve my purpose.
PRODUCT QUALITY IS OK, BUT ARRIVED DAMAGED!!
Ordered 7 units, they all arrived with some damage occurred during shipping. My main criticism is with delivery, this cabinets come in boxes weighing almost 100 lbs. or maybe more , packed with thin Styrofoam, and they were shipped through regular FEDEX carrier. Imagine a delivery guy handling 700 lbs. by himself . Some of the boxes were so damaged that you could see the twisted metal through the holes without even opening the boxes. After all SAM'S was diligent replacing the damaged units, Product quality seems to be OK, you are paying for what you get. Just be prepared to tighten almost 200 screws, definitely assembly will go quicker if you have an extra set of hands. Product looks nice once assembled and fits a lot.
I am a crafter and was looking for a heavy duty large unit to store my crafting supplies and thought this would be perfect. Went to take it out of the box (appeared undamaged) and found one of the shelves on the inside to be dented pretty much in half and another with good sized dent. I could accept some small dents but this was ridiculous! Not only is the box heavy ,the shelves are PAPER THIN! The outside of the unit has much nicer steel, but aren't the shelves important since that is where you'll be storing your items? As for "HEAVY DUTY", it could maybe be deemed heavy duty on THE MOON! Cheap flimsy shelves. Save your hard earned dollars and avoid hauling this to your home and back to return! Big waste of time and money!
Very nice storage cabinet
We purchased three of these and they really come in handy. We did have an unexpected issue with the doors on one of the cabinets, so we had to just use the cabinet without the door because when I contacted SevilleClassics to see if I could just purchase replacement doors and hardware, I was told that they do not sell replacement doors and that I would just have to use the cabinet "as is". If they offered replacement doors for purchase, that would be great. Other than that, we love the cabinets. I also have the UltraHD 12-Drawer Rolling Workbench, which has been very reliable.

Disappointed in product
I was disappointed with this product. It was not as sturdy as I expected it to be since it says on the box that it is "heavy duty". Product was flimsier than I expected. Also, the assembly instructions were not very clear as to how exactly assembly the cabinet. I had to read and re-read the instructions to make sure I understood them.

Great product/weird delivery decisions
Took a couple hours to assemble and discard packing. Looks great. Nice and deep. Once the first was assembled the second didn’t need directions. 1 problem. I had these delivered to elderly parents home. They actually showed up next day despite a different date at purchase. The delivery company dropped the 2 giant boxes at the front door. The only problem is they blocked part of the entry, didn’t ring the doorbell, all on the day before trick and treaters on Halloween. Mad scramble to get someone over there that could move them to garage.
Nice cabinet, but watch for hidden damage
I ordered this cabinet online (not available in my local store) and it arrived within 7-10 days in a massive 150lb. box. It shipped from CA to my home in WI so you can imagine what it must have gone thorough en route. Something this large and heavy is bound to be awkward and suffer the consequences, but I was pleasantly surprised at how well it was all packed. Make sure to give yourself a lot of room for assembly - I would suggest a carpeted floor but if you're like me this was destined for my garage so that is where I put it together. The shipping box (when flattened) makes a nice cushion if you're working on a concrete slab - just be ready for a FULL 42 gal. trash bag of styrofoam packing pieces and a whole lot of cardboard. Most of the metal parts are nested within other parts and I have to give Seville credit for the way they packed it, but inevitably you're going to get some dinged corners here and there in a box this size and weight. I probably had a half dozen or so damaged areas and elected not to request new ones as the replacements probably wouldn't be any better. In the end it just didn't bother me that much as it was (after all) for the garage - and the corners that did get dinged up ended up hidden by the corner protector pieces. Everything is epoxy coated except the doors (which are stainless steel) and the finish seems quite durable, except in the areas where it got dinged up - there the coating just flaked off. The key lock they include for the doors is pretty wimpy - don't expect it to keep anyone out other than small children. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took a couple hours by myself. They even include a wrench, screwdriver, and a spare bag of one each of the necessary screws. All of the parts are clearly labeled and the different screws are separated in numbered bags - makes it very easy to follow the somewhat archaic instructions. After assembling the side panels and doors, it helps to have two people to screw the assembled panels together - I did it by myself with some makeshift supports but it would have been easier with an extra set of hands. Hanging the doors would also be easier with two people. The unit comes with four leveling feet which look quite sturdy, but I didn't use them. There are threaded holes on the bottom as an option to mount four casters in place of the feet (caster sets for this unit are available on the Seville Classics web site, as well as additional shelves), but they were out of stock there so I just picked up my own 5" casters with a standard 4" x 4 1/2" base plate, 300 lb. rated each. Going this route you have to provide your own bolts for the casters (I assume they would come with the ones you get from Seville), but I had to buy 16 bolts and guess at the size as everything on the unit is Metric thread. I actually brought the bottom panel with me to the hardware store so I could make sure the bolts that I bought fit before I got all the way back home. The caster bolts that fit were M8 x 35mm, coarse thread, with a flat washer and locking washer for each. All in all it's a great cabinet - plenty of storage with a weight capacity of 600 lbs. (150 lbs. per shelf) and having it on wheels makes it easy to move if you need to get behind it for cleaning, etc. Also having it up off the ground should protect it a bit from corrosion.

Damaged parts
I found one of the side panels was damaged when I unboxed. Went to Sam’s and they unboxed another unit, only to discover the SAME panel was damaged! Unboxed a second unit and that panel was ok. I felt bad they had to unbox 2 units to get me one working panel. I will say the unit looks nice when assembled. I would not call this heavy duty though
