I bought this cabinet from Sam's Club. It took two days to deliver the package because the first FedEx driver said it was too heavy. However, another driver delivered it the next day. The cabinet took two people 1.5 hours to put together. Unfortunately, one of the back panels was dented in several places and I reordered the replacement piece twice and both replacements were dented in shipping. I decided to reshape the panel myself and although it was not perfect, the imperfection does not show against the wall. It is important to know that the Seville customer service reps were very helpful in the process. I also paid extra to get the wheels and am glad I did that so I could store things under it and move it easily. The end result was a beautiful white cabinet that hides my garage paraphernalia. I am considering getting another smaller cabinet to store my handled tools.

Dented all to heck. I have purchased this item before, about 5 years ago. Both were dented and bent badly. The last one, I received some replacement parts, but how do you dispose of the broken pieces? They are 6 feet long and need a dumpster. Worse yet is that there is only one option to fix, and that is to call the company. They DO ship out the parts with only a request for a pic of the bent piece. So they are pretty good. But it takes 2-3 weeks to receive. Otherwise, the unit is fine. Well-engineered, and sturdy. Drawers are sticky for a while, but they are designed this way since the item can be rolled. Over time, they loosen up perfectly.

We have bought three of these to replace 36” units we left at our last home. To reduce shipping these come with far more parts. Two - three panels for each side instead of one. Despite large amounts of corrugated cardboard the shelves and panels were all dented. Think about this quality control - the parts were dented but the packaging was intact. One panel had a burn mark on it. I requested a replacement and Seville sent me the wrong panel. These units are still using piano hinges for the doors, but a workbench I also just ordered does not. Still, it is impossible to align the doors so they do not scrape the top or bottom.

Almost every piece ends were bent. I had to bend back for this to work. You obviously can’t return the item once it’s unpackaged and all the pieces are everywhere.

Fairly easy to put together,all the pieces fit perfectly,directions pretty easy to follow,very sturdy cabinet..plus they send extra screws just in case you lose one!

Fairly Sturdy. Metal doors are slightly thin and can be dented easily. Look is great. I have 2 18” deep cabinets and one 24” x 48. The 24 certainly holds a lot more.

When we received the cabinet, the box was damaged with holes and dented, the cabinet doors were dented to the point that we could not assemble it. What is the next step to resolve this problem?

I love these products. I have bought 3 of the workbenches. I have 4 wall cabinets and 2 stand up cabinets. Everyone talks about how awesome my garage looks. They are quality and easy to put together.

The cabinet is great. The shipping however is not. I took photos as the cabinet arrived in a dented torn box. The damaged piece was a back piece. Pinched enough i couldn't line up the holes. Took pictures of the dent and sent an email to Seville. They responded immediately. They were going to ship the replacement. I waited two weeks. Contacted them for an update, was told it would arrive in a week. The replacement came, with a dented box and replacement piece. Started again with a replacement to the replacement. Still waiting. The cabinet is good, the response is fast. But shipping and packaging are a real problem

This unit is the best thing I have come across in a long time to help organize my garage workshop. It's very easy to assemble and very durable. Only issue is I had was the doors not being as rigid as the rest of the unit, but I added an aluminum channel strip to fix the issue. I have a few other pieces of that family so it all matches.
