When we received the cabinet, the box was damaged with holes and dented, the cabinet doors were dented to the point that we could not assemble it. What is the next step to resolve this problem?

My husband and I ordered two of these cabinets, and three of the smaller ones. They are the perfect size to store everything in our garage. They were a dream to put together. Each cabinet did take about an hour and a half to complete. We started with this large cabinet and used the broken down cardboard box it came in to protect the pieces. We also used a large work table to assemble the sides and doors. It was worth every minute to get all of the miscellaneous stuff you keep in your garage in order. The shelves are adjustable for larger boxes and containers.

This Seville Classics Ultra-HD storage cabinet is a BEAST. If you’re looking for a large steel cabinet with true curb appeal, this is it. The polished stainless doors look great, and the fit and finish of this cabinet are great. I wish it had single panels for the sides, back, and doors, instead of smaller panels that must be screwed together. However, for shipping purposes, I understand the design. Even with the smaller panels, the shipping box is very large and heavy. And, even though the panels must be screwed together, the finished cabinet doesn’t seem to lack strength. All in all, this is a great cabinet at a great value.

Ordered it a week ago, already delivered in a week from Torrance California to SW FL via FEDEX at no cost since I'm now a Sam's Plus member. Quality is excellent for the low price. Assembly pretty easy with all tools and hardware included. Fit and finish is solid and makes my garage look as good as Jay Leno's (minus the Ferraris of course).

I bought this close to a month ago. Shipping speed was good. On the outside the box looked undamaged. On the inside several panels were dented and surface rust was already appearing. I could not leave my garage a mess so I assembled it as it was, hammering metal back into shape so that it would fit together. I contacted customer support and they'll replace the panels, I just haven't gotten around to emptying the cabinet and removing the panels to take the photos. I would recommend finding another cabinet as this tends to be a very common issue.

This unit is the best thing I have come across in a long time to help organize my garage workshop. It's very easy to assemble and very durable. Only issue is I had was the doors not being as rigid as the rest of the unit, but I added an aluminum channel strip to fix the issue. I have a few other pieces of that family so it all matches.

Numerous dents, despite the excessive use of foam packaging. Exterior box appeared in good condition however. Materials had minor discoloration along seems and a light rust sheen. The doors are very flimsy and wheels are not included. Not a very solid solution to say it plainly.

This is a well designed, well made cabinet. Every bolt hole lined up perfectly. There are no nuts to deal with, all bolts/screws go into threaded holes. The design of the back panels & how they fit into the cabinet square the cabinet so the doors fit perfectly. I saw the reviews complaining about the two piece design of the sides and doors. This actually makes the sides and doors stiffer and stronger since there is additional metal where the parts join. The finish on the painted portions is excellent and the stainless finish doesn't show fingerprints. It was well packaged with each piece in a plastic bag and plenty of cushioning material.

I purchased two of these cabinets. They are not cheap but worth the money. I would give them 5 stars but did not for two reasons. One of the cabinets had a dent in one of its side panels. The dent appeared to have been done before packing because I saw no damage to the outer carton. The second reason is because when I phoned Sam's (North Bend Rd. Cincinnati) the person I spoke to about replacing the panel was abrupt, dismissive, and condescending, bordering on rude and their solution was for me to return the panel and they would tear open an existing box, dig out the panel and trade me. I would not be a party to such a wasteful solution. The cabinets are packed beautifully and could never be repacked to such perfection. I did not pursue the panel replacement with the manufacturer but placed the cabinet in the room so the dented panel was against the wall and could not be noticed by a casual look. Aside from all of the above, the cabinets are great and I highly recommend them. Note: I have a photo and would have added it but Sam's system of adding a photo is poor compared to other systems.

Solidly built and the ridges formed into the panels give them a more rigid feel that resists denting and flexing. Easy assembly with the "nut " portion of the fasteners permanently fixed - - you just have to use a screw driver to connect panels together with the included screws. The holes were precision drilled and everything lined up easily. I'd recommend having an assistant to move and align panels as you screw them together, and a large flat, open area for assembly: this thing is big. The parts are very well labeled and the instructions, though basic, are easy to follow. The painted surfaces hold up well, but the stainless door panels are easy to scratch. The cabinet holds a huge amount of bulky items-- we are using ours to store bulky kitchen items like an Instapot, air fryer, mixers, etc as well as a large variety of other things. There are even a couple of access holes on the cabinet for electrical cords to enter if you have tools to charge while in the cabinet.
