If you need it more than clean but also germs gone, this is what I use. It smells good too, not perfumy but it smells like clean!

Really does eliminates bad odors! I use it to clean restrooms, add a bit to carpet cleaning machine and gives carpet a nice smell... I have also used it to clean Smelly couches and mattress.

Great quality and value for the price. I always use Odoban in my laundry to help remove pesky sweat smells. This does the trick. The spray is also great for clearing the house of heavy after dinner odors.

My Mom has a dog that has a very strong odor. Other products do not work on taking the odor out of carpets or dog beds or the air. This works the best of anything I have tried. Wonderful remedy for a truly smelling dog.

This cleaner is the best at getting out pet stains/odors. It does not bleach carpet if mixed according to the carpet directions on the bottle. Great disinfectant as well.

This stuff is wonderful for EVERYTHING!! I use it for stains on laundry (it's fantastic for grease stains), as a liquid fabric softener, cleaning floors, counters....EVERYTHING! I'm buying the 4 pack next time!!
