We spent over $500 on the chair and warranty of 10/4/21 and it already quit working and good luck trying to use the warranty.

im six foot tall and i loveeee the back height it perfectly supports my big head and its so comfy to sit in i almost came tbh

Sturdy and comfortable and had all the features I wanted. Looks good, too. Easy set up and the electronics are well made. Love it. I might outfit my whole living room with these.

Great chair for the price. We have had ours for more than a year and now the back is rubbing against the console and the sound is so loud and irritating. How do you correct this? What can we use as a lubricant to ease the rubbing?

I bought this chair to replace my recliner purchased in 2008. I am very pleased. I especially like the storage areas. I went to my local warehouse to check it out and then ordered it.

We had this chair for just a few weeks and the stabilizer rods that attached the back to the base BROKE (made of wood). We want to reorder but are hesitant. It is a great chair, height, power and the back go flat for sleeping comfort.

As another reviewer stated when facing the chair from the back the left side is too close to the armrest which is causing it to rub and make a noise plus it looks bad.
