With the cold weather, the unit is using more than a gallon of distilled water per day to humidify my 1,600-square-foot condo. Initially, the auto setting indicated moderate humidity, but in the last two days, it’s showing "DRY," which feels odd since the outdoor temperatures have warmed up.

the air filtration is great. The cleaning is so complex and difficult and the need to replace several expensive filters at different times on a schedule that needs an excel spreadsheet is a deal breaker-- if I had known all this I would have found a different product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Brondell PR50 Air Purifier O2+ Revive Air Purification System has made a huge difference in the quality of my life. My sister is a animal hoarder. She has over 50 animals indoors including about a dozen pigeons. I was recently hospitalized for 5 days with viral pneumonia caused by the pigeons she has and the Air purifier really is amazing!! I'm not sure if my lungs would be able to repair themselves without it!!

I have had this unit for about 5 months and my daughter's allergy symptoms have decreased significantly. In addition to having cleaner air, my daughter's room in our older San Francisco home is a little cooler than the rest of the house, which is very nice. This unit eliminated our need to use the ceiling fan. Overall this machine is quiet, nice looking, and it is amazing how much dust and other things the filter has caught during the last five months.

My breathing is better and they look nice in both places. I have someone who helps me often and she is so very glad about these products! Me Too.

I got this one because it seemed like it would do a better job cleaning my air in my bedroom with both the filter part and the humidifier part. I felt like I was having to dust every week and my sinuses were constantly aching so it seemed like this one was perfect for me.

I use this for air purification, which my doctor recommended for my copd. The noice level is really loud when it’s on high, but not bad at the low and medium levels. I would highly recommend this to any of my family and friends. Also, their customer service representative was very helpful, courteous and professional.

I got my Brondell air purifier when I moved to the city and really wanted air purification. The first night I used it I slept better, I felt better and my overall health has improved over the months I've used it. I love the air humidifier and it puts the perfect amount of humidity in the air. I got one for my son's room since he has bad allergies and he's breathing fine and not using his inhaler. I love this product and as has been my experience with all Brondell products It's top quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very, very pleased with the Brondell Revive PR50. We bought three. Two are in our living/dining room area and one in our bedroom. They run whisper quiet. Our home is 2,200 square feet and these three units are keeping our desired humidity level of 50 percent very easily. We are using distilled water primarily because the mineral content of our tap water is very high and the minerals will adversely affect the evaporator. Our air is fresh and comfortable. We highly recommend these units. Boise, Idaho

So far I really like my Brondell it picks up the slightest bit of air contamination. I haven’t yet seen my electric bill so cannot comment on that. I do wish it had a handle that made it easier to move. Also the shipping carrier used left it on the street in front of my SF apartment so I’m lucky it wasn’t stolen. Over all it’s pretty small and quiet too. It cools the room which is also nice.
