They dissolve easily and aren’t too salty. I’ve never had a problem with clumping. They breaks apart easily and it doesn’t take extra effort to break down. I always keep some of these on hand because you never know what a little chicken broth to add to a recipe. I prefer these over the cartons of premade broth.
Always have some on hand!
