The heat settings fit all my needs and clothes come out dry and wrinkle free (if you use it right!). Great product at a great price. Large capacity and easy to use. Definitely recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first natural gas dryer. I like it! Wish it had a light in the drum. Also don't love how the lint trap is designed. It's the same trap design as my old Samsung dryer. But no issues 3 months in. Does a decent job drying quickly. Sometimes the sensor dry causes it to turn off before certain loads are dry (like blankets) but any dryer would do that since they get balled up. Shuffling things around and doing a timed dry solves this.

It wholes a lot of clothes. I can wash and dry a whole week of my sons and husband's work clothes at one time if I wanted too. The filter it great on it It filters little particles of metal from my son's work clothes.

DO NOT BUY THIS DYER!!! Unless you like spending ALL DAY for one load to dry. I thought it was a faulty dryer, had it replaced and the same issue occurred. HORRIBLE!!! SAMSUNG YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

I bought this 2 months ago. It was installed by Sams Club delivery and within 2 days the dryer wasn't working. I had to have it picked up again for a refund. I took the delivery company over 4 weeks to finally pick it up. Communication and coordination with them were absolutely terrible. Finally, I received a refund and ordered another dryer. This time the dryer that I paid for and reordered on May 15 is out of stock or backordered. I have been waiting almost a month, and it is expected to be in stock on June 13, to be delivered on June 18. I have been without a dryer for almost 2.5 months. This is a great brand but a terrible experience with Sams Club ordering and delivery. Sams Club customer service reps were helpful but then dealing with all of the dryer problems via phone calls and chat with the delivery was awful.

I have had this dryer since May and already had to have a major part replaced. I reached out to Sam's Club when the problem started and the referred to Samsung. Spent over 1.5 hrs on text with them troubleshooting the issue final had to ask for a supervisor to assist. I would not recommend this product and very disappointed in Samsung.

I love how it automatically stops once it senses the clothes are completely dry, it saves both time and energy. The performance has been great, and for the price point, it's honestly better than I expected. A super efficient and reliable dryer that delivers amazing value!
