The handle on this igloo cooler does not work properly. I do not like it at all

I forgot to take the water out and 5 days later the water was still cold!

Advertise up to 4 days of ice retention, didn’t even last 14hours.

Handle is too short. Wheels need to be wider and larger.

Great cooler for the price.

It would be a better product if it had a drain from bottom feature.
