would not lite

just bought and will not lite. tried several times and can hear butane but it wont lite

We’ve got thousands of happy users to date, and have tested it extensively in extreme buggy conditions before we put our name on it. This product is fueled by butane which means it starts very much like a gas grill does. Turn the valve on, wait 5 seconds, then click “start”.
