I bought this thinking it would work. It doesn't. I placed it where advised and got bit anyway. Very disappointed. I registered it. Tossed the box, so I am stuck with it.

I bought this 3 months ago and it worked great. Then one day it stopped working. The ignitor switch no longer worked. Its a bummer because we loved it and it did work. Just poorly made and not durable.

we use this on our family trips to the drive in. Its the first thing we fire up after we get parked. We have never had any dort of bug issue while we have had our Thermacell running.

The first few pads works for about 3 1/2 hours each, not the 4 hours as advertised. We bought refills. We used the first refill and it only lasted 1 1/2 hours then the pad was white.

I bought this after reading the reviews...but I was definitely skeptical!! I have been using it every evening in my yard and the only mosquito bites I have gotten are when I don't have my Thermocell on!! Love it!

Does the igniter run off batteries? I’ve seen lots of comments about the igniter failing to work after many uses. Can you explain how the igniter functions?

Just received this last week and put it to use at the deer lease this weekend.Normally , there are so many mosquito's out we stay inside the RV , not this time. Worked like a charm!

Was so excited about this. Pulled it out of box, followed all directions and...nope it doesn't work. I called and hopefully they will replace it as it was a gift.

Puchased this 3 days ago. Had a very hard time igniting. Changed the cartridge and still issues. Finally lit it, went out. On my 3rd attempt, it stayed lit for 30 min. Had to restart the whole process again. Total waste of money.

Love. I'm retiring as a mosquito serial killer as of this moment. Thermacell has made that possible. Jungle backyard in New Orleans, mosquito paradise. If they'd only make a flea repellent....
