This repellent absolutely works as specified, without that annoying Citronella smell! I placed it on my small porch deck and immediately noticed that there were NO mosquitoes! It is way better than other repellents that uses smell, such as candles, to repellent pesky insects. The butane refills can get a little expensive, but it is completely worth it because it actually works! I have recommended it to all my friends and family.

We bought this hoping, but, knowing it would not work, and, guess what it did not work. We have a cottage an hour north of the Muskoka's and we tried it there. Twice! Not even in the worst part of the mosquito season and it is a joke. Waste of money...

I bought one a few months ago cause everything I tried to keep those pesky things away didn't work and was tired of getting attacked. I love thermacell products definitely keeps the skeeters away. I highly recommend to any who has a problem. The only thing I can complain about is me wishing the refills were less costly but I still love it.

I bought this several weeks ago. We live in a wetland area, and this has been one of the worst years ever for mosquitos. We’ve not been able to sit outside in the evening at all without being bitten constantly. We have now been able to sit on our deck for 4-5 hours in the evening without a single bite with the use of our patio shield. This is a game changer.

I bought this about a week ago and have used it over the last couple of days for camping. It worked great the first day and a half and now it won’t stay lit. I’ve tried changing the tank and the mat but nothing seems to be working. Sometimes it will stay lit for a bit but it doesn’t last long

I received my patio shield royal blue mosquito repeller. I love in Georgia and we get mosquito bad here and I am so glad I received this product for my outdoor patio. The mosquito repeller works great and keeps mosquito away for about 12 hours. I will definitely be buying this brand over other brands.

The mosquitoes literally landed on the device. I left it running for over half an hour and even had a mosquito come right up into my face and land on my nose sitting 1 foot from the device. Awful waste of money that I hope I can find a way to get back.

I live in the Texas Hill Country outside Austin. I have a beautiful home with a huge porch that I could never enjoy because of all the mosquitos and other similar nuisance bugs. I saw this product demonstrated on The Today Show and could not resist trying it. I am AMAZED at how easy it is to use and how well it works! I have been out on my porch for morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, even dinner. All totally bug free! No smoke, no odor - it just works exactly as described. Best investment I could have made.

Purchased this item to help with the HUGE mosquito problem in our back yard. We back up to a wildlife area with a pond and marsh which is beautiful but a nursery for mosquitoes. This rendered our deck off limits as dusk began, that is until we tried Patio Shield. We were able to relax "bite free" for a little over 4 hours last night. We are telling the neighbors to get one of these!!!

I was was really excited to give this a try(The 15ft zone) so that my youngest would be able to enjoy outside without getting but up as he is a bit allergic to mosquitoes and can't really enjoy without getting sprayed down, but It honestly did not work. Once we sat it nice and high, made sure it was lit and staying on and waited to see if it would work we did notice a slight decrease in them but they were still pretty much biting us and we were hoping for a mosquitoe free zone, we've only been able to try a few times due to weather but we will try once more and who knows maybe 3rd time is a charm :)
