These are teriffic!!

I just got home and I’m trying these cookies. I had to jump right on here and RAVE about these delicious nuggets of joy!! I love coconut. I was leery because I love some chocolate for a little cookie snack. But these are so nice and light, sweet, and soft!

I bought Mrs. Thinster's LEMON Cookies several times and they are excellent! However, they no longer have them, evidently it was a one-time only item! I will find them on the internet and buy them from someone else! All they have left are a few bags of coconut which I do not like.

these are brilliant. very good coconut taste. small enough you can just pop one in mouth. that is great as they crumble when broken. great cookies
