I have bought garlic powder from many different places but I have to say that this brand is very good and the price is good for the quantity

Greek garlic powder

Tried this in a soup that I use fresh cilantro in all the time.  I thought this may be a good alternative.  There was no cilantro flavor at all.  Very disappointed.

No flavor

Good

I used this both dried in a recipe, following the measurement instructions, and reconstituted as a garnish.  There is so little flavor that it was detrimental to both dishes. Nothing beats fresh, but I expected this to be much better than it is.  Very disappointed.

Exactly what I needed! Sometime the stores in Hawaii run out of fresh cilantro! This helps sub when I need it!
