I like it, am so pleased with this telescope

It's a $69 telescope and Very difficult to use: eyepiece is mounted at 45º off axis. It would be better to be mounted either horizontal or vertical. The elevation and train pivot points stick (design) which makes centering in on celestial bodies or following the moon's orbit almost impossible (telescope jumps all over the place). NG makes an upgraded tripod with motorized celestial drive for this telescope - but it can't be bought separately, and I don't need a 2nd telescope.

First of all, the instructions. What?! They are so hard to follow. I don’t know if I assembled it right or not, but I’m guessing not because it doesn’t work for me. I’m not able to focus on anything. Second, there’s a picture that says not to use your eye to look through, so is this only for phones?? I don’t know much about telescopes, I was hoping this one would be a good one for beginners since it was cheap. I’m returning this.

It's a beginner model. I thought it was going to be a little better because of the design. But it's okay.

This item was a gift to my grandson for Christmas. The verdict is still out. They have not used it yet, but I will let you know one way or another

I purchased for my brother-in-law's bday. He, and his family, were pleasantly surprised at what they could see and the fairly easy set up!

I bought this for my son and he was able to set it up and begin using it quickly. It's exciting to see Jupiter's moons.

Product not of good quality, especially the adjustments. Poor in this department. Instructions some what difficulty to under stand.

Bought it for my kids and I to use and it was super easy to use and set up. It’s a Newtonian style telescope so it reverses the image.

I was happy to get it on time but it doesn’t come focus and customer service is not a help at all I don’t know what to do with it now
