Always wanted a telescope and so glad we came across this one. I've been looking at stars for years. And now my oldest son is interested. This telescope is really easy to use. The legs are adjustable. There is a laser light so you can focus on the star or constellation. There is an app you can dowload on your phone and use it to see the constellations. We haven't done that. If we do I will update this review. Really nice product for the price.

The new Telescope had been previously used, scratched, broken, returned and then sent to me. I bought it on sale so it was a decent price for an amateur scope. Whenever, you adjust the scope where you want it and then tighten it down it, it changes to position of scope.

Very cool! I have bought my kids many of these but this is the best by far. Love how you can use your phone to take pictures. Not too difficult to setup or get the hang of. Woukd definitely recommend as a great christmas or holiday gift!

Starting with the positives - the quality lenses of seeing the moon and stars is what one would expect. I could see craters on the moon and way more stars compared to the naked eye. My kids were so excited to get this! My 11 year old was able to use it in his own with adjusting and locating celestial objects. Negatives: the construction is lacking. The thin aluminum legs have a height adjust or which immediately broke so now it’s always at the shorter level. See pictures below of the metal piece that falls out when trying to extend and then tighten the legs. The other issue occurs when locating and adjusting the telescope. It’s finicky in that I can get the item in view and as I go to tighten it, the item immediately moves often out of view in the lens. I’ve never used another telescope so I don’t know if this is normal, but will definitely take practice to adjust and hold without the item in view moving out of the frame.

This product is good for beginners or young children. The telescope and stand were easy to put together, and the telescope is easy to use. It's easy to install and remove the telescope from the stand. Both the stand and telescope are lightweight. This makes for easy handling but also means the stand is a little flimsy. The telescope gives you a clear image. Overall a nice product for the cost.

My daughter, nieces and nephews really enjoy using this telescope. It was really easy and fast to put together. My daughter’s birthday is coming up and she asked for another one so she can enjoy more when the family comes over. This model is sturdy, the view is really clear and I love that you can connect your phone to it. We are really happy to see her enjoying this telescope that we will be surprising her with another different model.

This telescope is awesome. It has 2 X 19.1 & 51.5 power magnification levels. It also has 26 MM & 9.7 MM PLOSSL WIDE EYEPIECES. With that you get clearer images. The moon looks so clear, you can see the craters. It has a phone attachment so you can take pictures. What i like is that it’s light. I have another one but it’s too heavy, so I don’t take it out as much. I feel this one is is easier to use and the images are clearer and crisp. I had it up on my granddaughters birthday, both adults and kids used it. They loved it. It would be a good gift for all ages.

I love this telescope! The initial setup was not hard. The instructions were just pictures, but they were easy to follow. The tripod is very sturdy. The telescope itself isn’t as heavy as it looks, so it’s pretty easy to move around. The phone attachment is a nifty little accessory to capture some of the awesome views.
