When I laid on the bare mattress I could feel the cooling technology. However, I only had cotton sheets so once I added those the bed was definitely a little warmer to lay on but I think the cooling technology still helped to keep the temperature down more than a traditional mattress with cotton sheets. I love that when I lay down I feel my body sink down into the memory foam.

Plus, the mattress is a little 12 inches thick. I was in an accident last year and suffered from a back injury as a result. Since getting this mattress, I no longer wake up sore and find myself not tossing and turning throughout the night like I used to! I’ve finally been able to sleep again.
