Works well until you need to change the battery. I can't get the back off for anything. I watched a YouTube video of a guy having the same issue.

inaccurate varying by as much as 3 degrees on the same patient, taken 3 times over 5 minutes on the same person.

Could not open the bottom to get into the battery had to take it back
