This cabinet is way more heavy duty than I need, but that means it will look brand new as long as I own it. That being said, all my model building tools have a place in one of the five shallow draws, and larger, bulkier tools in the deep sixth draw. Assembly is required, but when you receive yours, you'll think it comes built since the box is so big. There is alot of packing included to ensure no dents or scratches, and I couldn't find any. The directions are good, and all the parts were marked so you can assemble it right the first time with the included magnetized screwdriver. That being said, the quality, finish and alignment of the parts is excellent. I only had some issues with a few screws securing the draws to the glides. Expect to spend around 3 to 4 hours from unpacking to fully assembled doing it solo. The wheels appear beefy enough to support the cabinet fully loaded (40lbs/draw) while rolling over any bumps, cracks, etc. in your garage floor. The nicely finished hardwood top is screwed to the frame, so I would venture to use it as a base for a vice or other light duty machine tool. There is a detent for the draws so you must pull a little harder to overcome it when opening the draws, and push harder just before the draw is positively closed. The included draw liners are a nice touch. The lock is ample, allowing a draw to be pulled forward slightly when engaged. Overall, it looks great and meets my requirements.

The only downside i found is the assembly instructions. They are not always the clearest … too small details and one of the back pieces showed it reversed. Otherwise, these are great cabinets. I bought the 6-drawer and 4-drawer units. Once assembled they are sturdy, hold a lot and easy to access everything. I finally have somewhere to hold all my tools and hardware.

If you can make instant grits you can assemble this item. The directions are easy to follow and every part is labeled. It even came with a magnetized screwdriver! I am using mine in my white kitchen. The red really pops. The drawers are a little stiff at first but get better with use. I am sure it would make a good toolbox also.

Very well put together workstation. It is solid. The only thing that needs work are the drawer slides. They are a bit sticky and require a bit more effort to fully close than I would like. The other issue is aligning the drawer faces and assembly. The instructions need to be updated here and I sent the company updated suggestions to improve that process, but getting the drawers aligned and staying that way (the slides take a bit of force and when opening and closing can bend them a bit) is challenging.

I had been eyeballing this product for many months waiting for it to go on sale, and then it did. They reduced the price by $50, so I was very happy about that. I like the work bench/cabinet, but it would have been better if at least 1 more draw was a little deeper. It's very well made, but a little time consuming to assemble. They should also tell you at the onset to put a dropcloth down to prevent the top of the cabinet from scratching. My son started assembling it before I came out to join him, and by the time we turned the cart over the top was all scratched. It's our fault, but they could have suggested putting something down on the floor to prevent scratching the wood work bench. With that being said, I still give it 4 stars, very nice product.

Great tool cabinet! Better quality than my higher priced Craftsman! Lots of assembly required - each drawer has to be put together with screws. My only complaint would be the wood top - I would have liked to have had a metal top that matched the cabinet. I bought this tool cabinet along with a larger rolling storage cabinet and three wall mount cabinets - I am very pleased with the quality of this line and at an affordable price!

This is a well designed, quality product that has super easy instructions for assembly. I bought 5 of this line, including one with two doors (two shelves) and two with one door (two shelves) and four drawers. The engineering was so precise and well done that I could put the screws in with my fingers and tighten for assembly, then tighten after assembly with the screws driver provided. I use these in my sewing room to store my pre-cut fabrics and various sewing tools as well as my notebooks CD's and DVD's, and other machines used in my work. They are attractive, sturdy and the wood tops make excellent surfaces for cutting (with a cutting mat, of course). I am a 65 year old grandmother who assembled the 6 drawer rolling cabinet by myself, and let my 13 year old granddaughter assemble the other rolling cabinets by herself. No problems with any of it!

Very good price compared to comparable high end tool chests. Having purchased 2 Seville storage cabinets (best buys for the $!), this was a obvious choice. Quality of Seville assured us that the products are very solid, clear to assemble, and all heavy duty. Roomy, great rollers, solid wood top, heavy duty handle for moving.

Another great Seville product. This can hold a lot of tools. Like having more drawers that are shorter so tools don't have to be stacked. IF ONLY Seville could start using structural cardboard instead of all the Styrofoam. I always end up with a mess to work through the garbage can for a few weeks. I would gladly pay $5 more for each cabinet to offset any higher cost to use recyclable material. The upside is, their products are always in pristine condition.

Came in with a whole room full of pieces... Very time consuming putting it all together... Good Instructions for the most part just took hours to assemble... C ould use better Stainless side panels but still worth the money... I've used many of this companies products and always find them well constructed.
