The cooling is the height of efficiency. We never worry about purchase products warming. The ice dispenser could be better. It will often freeze up and cause issues. We need to periodically clean it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best fridge I've purchased. The cooling system cools very cold at 37 degrees. I had to turn it up to 42 because my veggies were freezing. This fridge has so much space. I can fit 3 foil pans on the bottom, 2 in the middle and 1-2 on top. Great for big families or those who host!

Choosing this Samsung refrigerator has been a great decision because it offers great capacity, and a well thought out layout. So far, has been flawless in keeping my food cold. I really like the ice dispenser in the freezer making two different size cubes, and it being able to dispense ice through the door as well. I do wish the water flow in the door was a little more robust. The refrigerator has been very easy to clean and still looks brand new. Recommended.

Cooling is even and you do not have to worry about something getting partly frozen. Plenty of room in the refrigerator and freezer. Ice dispenser is great, plenty of ice and cold water. Ice comes out at a good rate. Freezer has lots of ice when you need a lot at once.

The small ice is the kind you see in some of burger places that have the small round ice. I love it. It has worked flawlessly. I really love the APP as well. I occasionally do not shut the door all the way, In a few seconds it tells me on the phone that the door is open. Im just glad its nice and dont get facetious. LOL

Tells you when you need filter, when door is left open & when you Need a water filter. It's efficient on cooling. It's easy to adjust the temperature. Love the water & ice dispenser. Also you can put a large glass for water or ice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What makes ice?It's loud?My first fridge did not work.Properly took samsung over a year to fix the issue by sending me anew fridge and was thankful for that.I don't like how I can't store anything standing straight up on the bottom.Shelf, without having this 2nd top shelf pushed in. The doors dont close properly either one of them. but it cools and freezes great. I also dont like how the water lines on the back are set up along with when stuff is on the bottom shelf the shelf starts to bend in

Cooling is inconsistent. Top shelf of fridge too cold and food freezes. Top freezer drawer jams up. ridiculous that you need an app to adjust temp. Fine for people who want it but cumbersome to set up and I do not want to waste time to and storage on my phone but I finally did because the food was freezing and you can not adjust temp anyway. So I got the app adjusted the temp and top shelf of fridge still freezing. Water dispenser is slow. Fridge has good space to store food.
