This chair has black marks all over the fabric. Additionally, the chair cushion does not fit in place correctly. It is too large and overhangs off of the base of the chair. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this chair. The delivery was a disaster as well. I am elderly. The delivery driver just dropped a well over 100 pound chair at my front door. The box said tools required, so I had to wait 2 weeks before someone could assemble for me, only to find out, the chair was assembled. I did not expect this poor quality in Abbyson furniture, nor did I not expect SamsClub to not due their due diligence and perform a quality check after reviews with similar issues were reported. Do not purchase these chairs. It will be a coin toss on the quality.

Ive had my eye on this chair since it was on sale in club. Recently they came available again (online) I bought 2 at regular price. They arrived, very well packaged. It's a beautiful chair, well made and confortable. BUT both have the famous grease stains on the arm rests, very visible on an almost white fabric. I called to try to at least get a small refund to cover the cleaning cost. The only option is to return or replace. What a pain! So dissapointed that for all the trouble (freight pick up and new delivery)if I decide to replace odds are I'll get the same issue with replacements

I was so excited to get this chair home and open it up, only to find grease stains on a few different spots. The box says “assembly required, tools inside” which neither was true. I assume these are being assembled prior to hitting the shelves and whoever is doing so is getting dirty hand prints on them… a magic eraser took the stains out for the most part, but I can still see a shadow of grease…

Arrived with marks all over the fabric. It will be another month before we can get a new one. We already waited a month for this one. I am not happy. It looks like we aren't the only ones this has happened to if you see the other review below. Abbyson is not quality checking these chairs before delivery. Wouldn't recommend purchasing from them.

Purchased for our master bedroom. I'm so happy for this purchase. Chairs are made well and are very comfortable.

I have the Elliot sofa and one of these chairs and I love them both. I have owned them a little less than a year and have had no problems with them. They are well made and look great. I would really like to buy one more chair. Please restock this brand.

I originally purchase this chair to go in my bedroom but decided to place it in the den. I like the idea it has a swivel base. It is comfortable and fashionable at the same time. I think it is a great buy for the price.
