I'd been searching for a chair that I didn't know I needed (lol) and found this on Sam's website. I'd been looking at something similar via another major retailer but product delivery and cost was a factor. I took a gamble and ordered! I am not disappointed - fits perfectly where I'd planned and it's become my favorite chair. The delivery was early and handled flawlessly in under 15 minutes. The quality of the fabric is very nice and makes for cozy relaxation. This was a win in my book!

The style is similar to a pair of chairs we were considering from a high-end retailer. They are very comfortable chairs that fit our bedroom perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased.

These are great quality and look very classy. They are bigger than I expected which was good. I get a ton of compliments on them.

Chair is upholstered with a soft cream fabric. The cushion is very firm and extends a little from the base. I think the look is very attractive. Swivel is smooth and silent. There is nothing on the metal swivel support to protect floors. I placed several adhesive felt pads on each chair base. The pillows are stuffed with a polyester pillow base and have a nice zipper. I added a little decoration to the pillows by adding a wide tape. With assistance from customer support, I cleaned one small spot with a TINY amount of Dawn.

I bought this chai/r a couple of months ago and I love it. It is very sturdy. The build quality is excellent. Delivery was excellent. The guys brought the chair upstairs to my office. The chair has become my favorite place to relax. The size is perfect to lounge in. The fabric is comfortable. The swivel is perfect and so much fun. I love that the two pillows that come with are loose. I can configure them the way I want. I can tell that I will get years of enjoyment with this chair.

Ive had my eye on this chair since it was on sale in club. Recently they came available again (online) I bought 2 at regular price. They arrived, very well packaged. It's a beautiful chair, well made and confortable. BUT both have the famous grease stains on the arm rests, very visible on an almost white fabric. I called to try to at least get a small refund to cover the cleaning cost. The only option is to return or replace. What a pain! So dissapointed that for all the trouble (freight pick up and new delivery)if I decide to replace odds are I'll get the same issue with replacements

I just received my chair yesterday. It was left on my front porch. The box looked a little beat up. After getting it inside and unboxing I too have the grease spots others have talked about in the reviews. So disappointing as this is a very light fabric chair - lighter than the picture. I contacted customer service to see what to do. They offered me 10% but said if I take that I would not be able to return if I can not get the grease out myself. She suggested I return to store. Only problem is there is not way I can get in in my car. I said someone needs to come pick it up. She said someone from Sams Club will be contacting me to coordinate the return / exchange. I still have not heard anything back yet from Sams after 24 hours so this will be interesting how this gets resolved. Im not going to be able to live with this big box in my entry way for too long.
