Just love my Eco Flow system. We don't have very many outages but when we do it's a total pain since both my wife and myself work from home. I really can't afford for things to be down for long. With the Smart Home panel and one Delta Pro I have the piece of mind knowing that things will seamlessly keep right on going. I plan on a future solar expansion to help charge and run my electrical.

Bought a delta pro and extra battery. Currently own a 4500 watt inverter generator, but obviously cannot run the unit inside. So decided to go with these EcoFlow units after seen the high rates. The most difficult task was bringing the units into the house as they weigh nearly 100 lbs each. The set up was easy, the units charged up in two days - I chose the slow charging, and did not want to shock the batteries as brand new. The set up of the app was very easy as well. Highly recommended.

Lots of good feature and has all the outputs and inputs I want. Though I do wish the "Car" input would support more than 8A (like up to 15A which is what the fuse on my car is - too slow to charge it at 8A). What really sold me on this was the tear down that EEVblog did of it. It is expensive but very solid build quality and lots of good features that make it worth the price. It is also HEAVY at just under 100lbs but the handle and wheels make it easy to move around on flat surfaces (could be better for going up/down the single step into my house).

ECOFLOW does not give you any set up instructions. Except for a small piece of faded paper that does not say what to do. ECOFLOW PRO technology gets the 5 stars not the help in actually using the product. Called tech support and the CSR could not answer basic questions even though I asked to talk to technical support.

Ecoflow needs to provide better cable management (90 degree plugs) instead of the gawky cable coming straight off the side to connect two ecoflow PROs. Plenty of complaints already so why not offer another proper cable or has Ecoflow stopped improving the PRO?. Otherwise top quality device w great user screen

I live in Florida and have been through two major hurricanes. The first one was a learning experience. I lost my entire refrigerator and freezer, even though I had a portable generator. The issue is, you will probably be without power and unable to set up your portable generator during the hurricane. During that time you can loose all your perishable food. That means you will only have non-perishable food in the aftermath, that is, if you planned and stocked up on them. On the second hurricane, I had Delta Pro. I was able to use it indoors (where a portable generator cannot be placed) during the storm and run the refrigerator and even use the microwave to heat my frozen food (I can’t cook). Also, one of my Delta Pros was damaged by the carrier, and customer service was great at sending me a replacement unit.

We wanted to rid ourselves of gasoline storage in the garage for our ICE generator so this seemed like a good way to go. We have yet to use it to connect to the sub-panel because we need to move the plug from outside to inside. We have only needed a generator 3 times in 23 years and only once for more than 24 hours during Irma so this should do the trick. We love that you can charge it with solar power too. So far so good!

Best packaging I have ever received! Simple set up. I had watched a lot of videos before the purchase. I'm an electrical contractor and do about 30 Generac generator installs per year and hopefully going to get a few people to try your product. So far it performs as expected. I'm using it 24/7 to power 1 of my circuits in my home. Using 3 panels to charge when the sun is available. I do wish now that I had waited for the new model to come available but maybe in the future.

I purchased the EcoFlow pro series with 2 extra batteries. Also purchased the 4000 watt Smart generator. For my off grid cottage. They are supposed to work together, especially during the short day winter weather. Big problem, I can't charge my whole system at the same time. There are only 2 ports to the Pro, so I have to sacrifice 1 battery when I charge them. PLEASE make an adapter so I can use my system in the way it was intended.

I've only had the PRO for a week. Easy set up and looks to be of excellent quality. The only negative thing I have to say, is that the PRO does not provide a strong ground requiring an additional adapter to be purchased. I think the adapter should be included with the PRO without an additional cost since the PRO doesn't work for my application without it.
